Great, reliable, and reasonable plumber's. Had an emergency on Christmas Eve and had family over. Toilets and tub were stopped up. Called them and they came out quickly and fixed the problem. I highly recommend them.

The plumbing work itself seems to have been just fine (meaning my tub is no longer backed up). However, I did not appreciate that my iPad was stolen by the plumbers who completed the service call. I did not see them do it (obviously), but the device was on my kitchen table when they arrived and I noticed it was missing shortly after they left (and just to clarify, NOBODY else was in or out of my house that day). When I called the company to inform them that a police report had been filed because one of their employees stole my personal property, I was greeted with nothing except excuses about how they couldn't and wouldn't have done it. Except they did. If you hire Anyhour Plumbing, I STRONGLY suggest that you have at least two adults home at the time of the service call so that both plumbers can be closely watched at all times. Do not leave them alone in your house.

I had a pipe burst due to the recent freezing temperatures. I called and a technician called me back a couple hours later. He asked if there was flooding, to which I answered Yes. He told me the soonest he could come would be Friday when the temps were warmer. Of course I agreed but asked for assurance , more than once, that someone would contact me Thursday or Friday to schedule the service call. And he assured me they would contact me. Here I sit 5:00pm Friday evening, no water, and have received no contact from the technician or the office. Very disappointing.
If the job wasn't wanted they should tell you so you can continue looking for a company who does want the work.

Below is the email that I sent Anyhour Plumbing after a technician visited my house, tried poor techniques to solve a frozen drain pipe, left without fixing the issue, and charged me $300 for the trip. I own 8 rental units in OKC and work with contractors often. The experience of dealing with Anyhour Plumbing rates as possibly the least satisfied I've ever been with a contractor. Look online for solutions first, or wait until the morning if possible to avoid paying them Attorney fees for them to possibly fix or not fix your problem. Here's what I sent them and received no reply:

"Dear Anyhour Plumbing,

I called and was connected to one of your plumbing technicians on the evening of 1 January 2018. After I explained that I had what I was pretty sure was a frozen shower drain pipe, your technician showed up at my house. While I was not present for any of this appointment, after speaking with my tenant and with your technician, at no point did your technician go under the house to look at the drain pipe, much less apply heat to said drain pipe. Applying heat to a frozen supply line, or drain pipe, is usually step 1, and in this case that step never happened at all. Instead your technician attempted to snake through the freeze, and when he was unsuccessful, formulated the idea that the true problem was a bad connection in the piping. Your technician was proved wrong when after a heater ran for a while under the house, and the temperatures warmed slightly, the drain started working normally again on 2 January.

I understand paying more for off-hour services, and those services on a holiday. However I expect more technical aptitude when paying $150 per hour. I think anyone would agree with that. I deal with contractors often as I own 8 units in OKC, and this experience is close to the top of the list, leaving me feel like value was not had in the transaction, at least not on my end.

Also, as of 1:30 central time on 3 January, while my credit card has been charged $300, i have not received an emailed receipt of said transaction yet.

I type this to give you a chance to rectify this situation, if you choose."

I called this company about 8:30 pm after realizing I had a plumbing issue at my home and wanted it repaired. Since it was after hours I talked to their after hours answering service and was told a technician would be calling me back shortly. After an hour and a half later with no call from a tech I called back again and spoke with their after hours service and was told again that a tech would be in touch with me shortly. Finally after another hour and a half with no call back, I gave up and decided to go to bed and would call again in the morning. I've used this company before and had a great experience a little over a year ago. it also was an after hours call and had no problems. Anyways, I called this morning and spoke with a lady in the office and expressed to her my disappointment for not getting a return call from a tech and she said that since I didn't call back first thing this morning, she assumed I got someone else to come out and do the repair and that the techs were too busy to place a 2 minute call to a return customer last night. I'm personally in the customer service business and as far as I'm concerned this is not acceptable nor should it be. I would have to let this employee go for not taking a couple of minutes to let a customer know that you are busy and will get to them as soon as possible. I wont use them again for this reason alone and don't recommend there services to anyone in need of good customer service. REMEMBER the customer is the reason your still in business.

Robert was absolutely amazing!!! He was quick to come out when we had an issue with our faucet and so personable too. We are so happy to have found a trusted plumber.

Phenomenal job on communication and getting my irrigation system issue. (I think I blame the cold/freeze back in February) Robert got us taken care of and did a super fantastic job... Even my daughters thanked him as he left...that's saying A LOT.

Anything plumbing can be costly... fortunately they did prepare me with an estimate of the work... That was awesome. I can't say enough about the job/service I received.

Highly recommend this company if you need the job done right the first time!

Both my toilets were not flushing. I was referred to them by the guy who does my a/c work. They worked me into their schedule very quickly and my issue was resolved by Robert before Noon. Very professional, responsive and efficient. An inspections was completed and recommendations made for future work that may be needed. Notes were made to that effect; but, there was no pressure to do anything I didn't want done. I'll definitely be keeping their information for future use as well as potential referrals to friends/family.

Once again I had a plumbing leak and contacted Anyhour Plumbing. Robert called back and quickly came to my house to diagnose the problem. He needed to replace my external frost free faucet and did so quickly and professionally. I have been using Anyhour Plumbing for several years. And I have always been satisfied with their work. Highly recommended. Ask for Robert.

Robert is the best. He is very knowledgeable, professional and really knows the business. He did a great job for us and we highly recommend him if you want the job done right every time.

If you're having problems with your plumbing, go no where else.
