My Hague water softener needed repair. Cowboys Plumbing sent their Hague expert, who quickly identified and solved the problem. He explained the problem in detail and had the parts to repair the water softener on his truck. Great service and always friendly and professional.

Woke up to no hot water heater to take a shower. We had used Cowboy Plumbing before to install my new dishwasher, they did a great job then! That made them our first choice to come out to see about the hot water heater. Turns out that we needed a new one! Fast work, cleaned up any messes that was made by getting the old one out, and before too long, we now have hot water again!

Excellent customer service. Had a leaking water heater replaced the day before Thanksgiving. The cost was slightly higher than I anticipated, but it wasn't outrageous and my expectations were likely off. I will use them again.

Cowboys Plumbing came out the following day after I called them, which was quicker than I expected someone could come out. Everyone I talked to was very polite and the guys that worked on our issue were very knowledgeable in the needed repairs. A friend referred me to them, and I’m glad she did! These young men did a great job. They were very respectful and knowledgeable. They did quick work and didn't look like sewer rats. I really appreciated their attitudes. I know you guys sometimes do very dirty work and didn't mean that comment (sewer rats) to be degrading, but I appreciated their professional look and demeanor. The price was extremely high, in my opinion, but it had to be done. Thank you for taking care of my problem.

Very professional and friendly service techs. Upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Justin and his partner Caleb were polite and straight forward about the work that needed to be done and spent the time to insure the work was done right. Would definitely recommend. Eroded cast piping had to be jack hammered out and removed and it’ was done in a timely manner. They were also very kind to my dogs Tank and Honey.
