The folks here had exactly what I needed for a plumbing job for bathroom leaky faucet. The parts guys were kind and knew what parts I needed. The bonnet nut was impossible to find locally and treated a non technician very well! Highly recommended.

Scott is a great plumber and a great person. He went above and beyond on an emergency sewer back up project for me. He was fast, resourceful, professional, and affordable. Highly recommend!

Could not recommend Hope plumbing enough! I found them on Google and was more than impressed. We had three pipes burst in the winter storm. He went above and beyond to get us back to normal with our plumbing. Will only be using his services from now on.

Had Scott install a new sink in my house. He did a great job. Nice guy and a good plumber. Would hire again.

edit: It is now 2024 (three or so years after my initial review) and I have had Scott back to fix burst pipes after a winter storm, to install a water line for a refrigerator, and to fix some of my drains. He always gets here fast, and he does a great job. I will keep hiring him!

Very dissatisfied with Hull Plumbing. I will never us them again. They have done several jobs. Each job I felt I was over charged for the amount of time spent on it. Last job we asked them to leave. They wanted to charge us over $16000.00 to rebuild our Plumbing outside. Long story short, we had another Plumbing company over and for $200.00 our issue was fixed. Customer be ware of this company.

Horrible customer service worse than anywhere I've visited in a while.. Went to purchase a faucet and 3 girls were behind customer service counter on their phones, when I asked for assistance waited 30 for one of them to acknowledge us with rude attitude from the start, we finally walked out!!!

Joey was a great help in getting my shower to stop leaking. He went above and beyond to help me find the right part for an older shower.

The staff in there at least the day I came and had a shitty attitude. Very unfriendly very unhelpful. I do a lot of business with lot plumbing and I will try to avoid that one at all costs. Absolutely terrible help in there.

Came into store to purchase pex CLAMP removal tool. I am automatically provided the wrong tool. I let the lady at the counter know. She says that’s all we have. An older gentleman assists and provides a pex clamp tool to put the ring on but not the removal. I tell the lady it’s the wrong tool. I read the instructions quickly and yes wrong tool. I ask for pex tool section. I get sent the wrong place. I was specific about what aisle it could be in. My suggestion is that if you don’t want to work there, then please find another job. Learn about your store and products. If you don’t know, say you don’t know and ask for help.

I'm genuinely grateful for the team at Blair Brothers Plumbing Co.! I found myself in a real predicament early one morning, with all the pipes in my home vibrating wildly. With a trip planned and a fear of returning to a waterlogged home, I contacted them in a hurry. Marc was quick to reassure me, saying he'd rearrange his schedule to be at my house by 7:45 a.m. He did exactly as promised! Upon arrival, Marc conducted a thorough examination of the system and deduced that a faulty sprinkler valve was the culprit. Apparently, every time the sprinkler system cycled on and off, it caused the pipes to shake. Living in a historical home, I learned that the unique routing of the pipes could lead to such issues. Marc's prompt and effective service gave me peace of mind before I had to leave for my nephew's graduation. Kudos to him and the rest of the Blair Brothers Plumbing Co. team for their outstanding service!

amazing! i won't ever consider using a different plumbing service. from the initial phone call, which was handled with professionalism and friendliness, to the interactions with both technicians who visited my home, the experience was top-notch. both marc and braxton were technically skilled and showed genuine concern in resolving the issue at hand. the task was challenging, leading us to replace a tankless water heater that was only a year old. marc initiated the troubleshooting process, and braxton picked up where he left off. braxton stayed late on a rainy friday afternoon in oklahoma city and was apologetic that the issue was not fixed by the time he had to leave. this was due to misinformation from the customer service of the unit, not his fault. braxton prioritized our issue, returning first thing monday to ensure our hot water was restored. count me in as a highly satisfied customer of blair brothers plumbing co. thank you, marc and braxton.

We reached out to Braxton, the proprietor, seeking a second viewpoint on some plumbing concerns at a house we were intending to purchase. He was considerably more open and precise in his diagnosis compared to the previous plumbing service we had consulted. Upon receiving his quote, we shared his evaluations with the property seller, who then employed him to carry out the necessary repairs. (One of the initial issues he tackled was something he extracted from the sewer line, as shown in the attached picture.) We have since finalized the purchase of the house, and even though we haven't moved in yet, everything seems to be functioning perfectly. Braxton maintained excellent communication throughout the process and, by all accounts, delivered a high-quality and professional job. Should we encounter any plumbing issues in our new home in the future, we'll definitely be calling on his services again.

The first plumber's immediate response was to vanish for an hour, waiting for their affiliated construction company to come and try to convince me to sign up for a host of reworking jobs, using ambiguous assurances about what the insurance would cover before I even filed a claim. In contrast, Braxton from our plumbing service focused on the actual problem. He proposed a simpler and significantly less expensive solution: rerouting the line through the attic instead of breaking the slab open to repair a small section of what was probably a deteriorating line. He was well-informed, friendly, and straightforward. There were no surprises because he was honest. I never felt like I was being coerced or deceived into purchasing a service I didn't need. His work is highly commendable, particularly in Oklahoma City.

Braxton and Justin from Blair Brothers Plumbing Co. are certainly my go-to plumbers moving forward, and I highly recommend them to everyone! Setting up an appointment was a piece of cake. I rang them early in the day to arrange a consultation, and they showed up in the afternoon. They came to replace a gas valve for a dryer connection because the existing one had stopped working. I initially thought about attempting this as a DIY task but quickly saw the error of my ways. The entire procedure took about an hour, and they even installed the gas dryer as we were unsure of how to do it. Thanks to Braxton, I can finally use my new dryer! I feel it's important to note that Blair Brothers Plumbing Co. was the second plumbing consultation I had today. The first quote I received today was a staggering $1500, whereas Blair Brothers quoted a much more reasonable $225. Yes, digest that for a moment. I was completely won over. I'm so relieved I sought a second opinion. Paying $1500 for a $700 dryer setup? I don't think so! I'm thoroughly appreciative of their service!

i don't generally put pen to paper for reviews, but Blair Brothers Plumbing Co. is so impressive, it's important for others to be aware. They are equitable and prioritize their patrons. They've visited my home in Oklahoma City numerous times for enhancements and fixes, but there are a couple of instances worth noting: When I relocated to another home equipped with a sump pump, Justin took the time to stop by and educated me on how it functioned and what to keep an eye on. All without any cost. Today, my bathroom shower ceased to function. They arrived promptly, and Braxton swiftly identified and rectified the straightforward issue--yet again, at no cost. Wow! I will remain their loyal customer forever!!
