This is the first time I've ever given a service company a 1-star review. I gave them one star for solving the problem at the property. They did a fine plumbing job, that wasn't the problem. However, they sold the job, which was replacing a drain pipe, on the basis that the insurance would cover the entire cost of the job. I was skeptical, and I asked the plumber, based on his experience, what were the chances that the claim would be paid. He told me that based on his experience, 90% of the jobs he's done had been covered. He said the only ones that would not were ones in which the homeowner said the wrong thing to the insurance adjuster. He said not to worry, that he would talk to the adjuster to make sure they would cover the claim. What I found out from the insurance adjuster was that, in fact, not one part of the job would be covered by insurance. I insisted that the adjuster call the plumber. According to the adjuster, he called and left a voice mail for the plumber, which was not returned. The next week he called again, and this time plumber hung up on him. If VIP Plumbing tells you the job will be covered by insurance, don't believe a word they say.

After problems with another company, I called last minute, and they sent Zac out immediately to solve the problem. Great, job, done very quickly and professionally.

Zac came out again for another project, had great recommendations and really helped us pick out the best option for our family.

These guys were great and really easy to work with. The estimate was free. Their price was $600 less than Mr. Rooter (who I do not recommend). Preston was extremely knowledgeable about my plumbing issues and absolutely up front about pricing. I couldn’t be more happy. I definitely recommend VIP Plumbing.
