Used VIP Plumbing and Junior and Zack came out to the office and replaced the hot water heater and washer valves. They were very professional and gave me a quote before. I didn't pay anymore than I was quoted. They cleaned the area after they left. Cliff visited and we spoke about the care and service received from the team. Very pleased with the service and care received from the team. Gerry and Junior came out to the house and installed a Halo whole house filtration system. The care received was professional and they didn't leave until the job was completed and I was satisfied with the service. Would definitely recommend their services again.

We had our sewer main get blocked and collapse and frantically called plumbers all around the city. Cliff answered our call after hours and took the time to discuss the issue with us. Junior was out the next morning bright and early and helped diagnose the issue. Once it was known the entire line needed to be dug up and repaired, Junior and Keith worked diligently for 5 days to find the blockage, repair and replace the line, and ensure they cleaned up the yard as much as possible. They were always friendly, honest, and on time. The communication was great as well. I would highly recommend using VIP Plumbing for any plumbing services you need. We had a great experience and will be calling on them for routine maintenance and if we have any future emergencies.

Zach was great! He was able to come out on Tuesday and do the job (new shower faucet install) on Wednesday. It was more difficult than expected but he was a great problem solver and got the job done. He was very respectful about wearing a mask and maneuvering around all our cats. Highly recommend!

My plumbing issue happened on a Saturday. The bathtub faucet had a steady stream leak and I felt it couldn't wait until the weekend was over. I called VIP in the afternoon and booked an appointment. Gary arrived shortly after and had the situation under control. He was able to replace my 3 hole tub/shower faucets quickly and efficiently. He was kind, courteous and understanding throughout the entire experience. Nobody likes to deal with plumbing issues, but VIP made it very tolerable. Thank you Gary and VIP!

I called VIP Plumbing on a Saturday morning when my pipes were backing up. They immediately worked me into the schedule. Everybody I spoke with was kind, professional, and seemed to care about helping me out. I would prefer not to have plumbing issues, but when I do, I’ll be calling VIP Plumbing.

Junior was our Technician, he was very knowledgeable and on time for our appointment. We were having trouble with our well and he got it all taken care of fairly quickly. I would recommend VIP Plumbing, they were able to come out to the property within 24 hours to help!

Wasn’t going to leave a review but figured I should warn any women who think about calling here. I was quoted $3200 for a reroute of a cold water line. They sent Justin, obviously the worst plumber on their team, to come find the leak, couldn’t do so, then told me he would need to pressure test the hot water line to figure it out. But, in doing so, my hot water line could explode and I’d have to replace both. Imagine your plumber telling you that they’d cause your hot water line to explode but you’re responsible for paying them to repair it!! A real helpless feeling. With the help of another plumber, he found the leak. He also did a bunch of other work no one asked him to do and charged me $3000 to replace one singular line in my house. Idk how that math works when the whole cold water line was quoted at $3200. He left my house a mess, knocked a hole in my dining room, and messed up the reroute to not even provide cold water to my washing machine. Only giving this company two stars cause Cliff came to my house to apologize, bring a different plumber out to fix the first guys work, and covered the repairs to the drywall. Still the worst plumbing experience of my life that lasted 4 days and feel scammed.

VIP plumbing replaced my water heater and a wax ring on a toilette. Technician Junior Ramsey and assistant Nathan did a great job. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. This company is extremely friendly, from the owner to the plumber on doing the job. The price was fair and I am very happy with the job they did. Obviously I will recommend them to anyone needing the services they offer. Again, technician Junior Ramsey (and Nathan) is very friendly and professional. Great job guys!

What a fabulous family run business. I can’t say enough good things about them. They were priced very well and on time. They did what they said they would do, and then some! They went over and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend this fantastic company!

I found the name on a google search, read the reviews, and took a chance. I was very impressed that they came out within hours of me calling regarding a clogged shower drain. They fixed the problem with the shower and an additional tub drain. They were professional and reasonably priced.
