When we requested them to check what went wrong, we received an $800 estimate for installing a new kitchen faucet due to a clog, new shut offs, and a new bathroom faucet. This was on top of the initial hot water heater installation cost. We questioned if this should be part of the installation charge, as the issue arose immediately after the hot water heater was installed. We decided to seek another plumbing service to address the blockages caused by the hot water heater installation and deduct the extra work from the final bill for the hot water heater installation. I was uncertain if I could recommend them again. However, Blair Brothers Plumbing Co. later sent Justin to diagnose and fix the system clogs and apologized for the oversight of not turning on the mains and checking before leaving. With the assistance of our building services manager, everything is back to normal. I believe Blair Brothers Plumbing Co. rectified the situation appropriately.
