Extremely professional, even when dealing with a grumpy old grandmother who wouldn’t stop complaining when she thought they were out of earshot. Have used them for years and will continue to do so.

They came out and got my drain fixed . They were very professional and did a great job.

Ordinary I’d give them a 5 but today something happened that dropped them to a 4 . From now on when I have to have them come out I’ll make sure I ask for Calvin. I will not let Tyler work on my plumbing anymore.

I was so impressed and satisfied with the service provided by Grooms. I expected the problem to be an expensive fix that involved tearing out part of a ceiling but we were able to avoid that thanks to their attention to detail.

The best service you can find and I guarantee the best price you will EVER find !!! You would be a FOOL to call anyone else but them !!! Very honest and just all around good people they came out last minute and in very cold weather I would give them more than 5 stars but that’s the highest they will let me go on the app !! I have used Grooms for years. They have always been very good. They are reasonable. I have had Ron the last couple of times and he is very courteous and gets the job done.

Friend recommended Groom’s plumbing. Plumber came out and cleared a slow draining tub and replaced an old tub spout. Excellent service. Thank you Jeff!

This started about 10 days ago and has not ended well. First of all the first Tech said we needed a new gas valve, heat sensor, and thermocouple replaced. 3 days later another Tech claiming to be the owners nephew came in and said it only needed the thermocouple and replaced it. Less than a week later the hot water tank started acting up again and we called our home warranty company to get Grooms back out.
Well the Tech today looks at my hot water tank goes outside to call his office and after about 15 minutes gets in his vehicle and leaves with no explanation. I called their office who said the warranty company had denied the claim.
After I called the warranty company I found out they said my hot water tank was not up to code. They claimed it didn't have a ball valve and a hammer arrester. Number one it has a ball valve and it is 8 years old and doesn't have to have a hammer arrester, on top of that the hammer arrester is not even part of the city code and hasn't been for at least 2 years.
I do not know what woman that thought they could lie on but they chose the wrong one.
And the truth shall set you free!!

Mr. Grooms doesn't charge extra for weekend service calls & is always a fair price. Please be nice to him as he is only here to help people out. Very nice & helpful.

No show. Promised they were on the way. I am done. I don’t need added stress in my life. This was a second chance. Last time they were hours late. You have to call to check. DONE

I had an appointment at 4. At 4 the office lady called and said the plumber was tied up and would be here as soon as possible. They got here at 7:30...hot and tired but ready to work. They fixed my problem and headed to another customer. THANKS Calvin you and your helper are good guys. We appreciate you!

It took three days to get them out. He said that he checked to be sure the washer was draining and I believed him. That was a mistake. He must have only drained a small amount of water because when I ran a load of laundry that weekend, it flooded again. I've been calling for 4 days now to get them back out with no response. VERY Disappointed! I'm on a fixed low income and cant afford to pay someone else to fix what I've already paid them to do!

I have used Groom's on a few occasions and have recommended them to others. When my home warranty company sent out someone to fix a water leak in my center island, they said it would be $1800 plus I would have to remove my island and bust up my tile and concrete. I called Groom's and it only cost me about $150 plus I had to have the back of one of the cabinets removed (minimal cost and allowed for future access, done by cabinet maker). The also put in the correct kind of hose and a shut off valve. In addition, the home warranty had sent out on 5 different occasions, someone to fix lack of hot water in my guest bathroom. Grooms figured out the problem, created an access panel in my closet and fixed what I needed for about $250. I have been extremely satisfied with their knowledge, integrity and price to this point. As a matter of fact, I recommended someone to them today!!

FYI -- I cancelled my home warranty since they sent so many crooks out to my home!!

Burst pipe on Dec 23rf. When every other plumber we called was going to be between 1-4 days lead time, Grooms was here within 3 hrs, had the whole repair done quickly and efficiently, and charged us less than A THIRD what all our other estimates were!
A+, service, they've made a lifetime customer!

Jeff Groom was extremely helpful and pleasant to hire. He worked diligently on the project till he succeeded on his goal to open my blocked drainage pipe. There were a lot of complications during the job but he worked hard to see it through. He is a busy man but I do advise using his company for your plumbing needs.

I'd give them more stars if I could. Customer since 1997. Reasonable, reliable and knowledgeable. Plumbing problems resolved in every 1950s era house I've occupied.

If you go with this company, you may die!! When they finished with us we were $1,000 short, left with an even bigger problem due to their damage, and a visit from the gas company fixing their gas and carbon monoxide leak. An overnight stay in hotel and our water is now flowing like a mighty River under the house vibrating the floor! Grooms is a crook and they have illegal people working with them when them yet claim they don’t. How are they leaving Grooms on the receipt? This guy is a joke don’t fall for it. His work is unsafe!!

Had to call a few times to get an answer (was 2 days after the snow started to melt from the February polar vortex, they were busy) but they were able to come out the same day and figure out what was wrong with our drains. Hard working and take pride in the quality of their work. The first company we called said our sewer main collapse and wanted to replace it. Thanks to Grooms, we learned it hadn't and they found what the real issue was, fixed it, and saved us $3000. Thanks for your hard work!

New Year’s Day....need a plumber? Yes, I do....anyone working? Yes, answered Grooms plumbing service. Within 3 hours our tubs and toilets were clear from tree roots. They did not overprice or try to upsale. Very honest and friendly service. They trudged through the 6 inches of snow and had the most positive attitude about it! I would highly recommend this company to others. Thank you Jeff Groom for answering our call that started our New Year off Right!!!!
