Wasted two days of my life. After scheduling a project they were several hours late and I called and said they were 30 minutes out from my home and I had to call after several more hours of not showing. They ended up pushing project to the next day and I called again after being a few hours late saying they were 30 minutes out and then just completely no showed again with no follow up. Only use this company if you're okay with not making any plans for two days. Don't use this company if you value your time because this company definitely will not.

I called on Thursday , was assured he would get to me on Friday, called me on Friday at 2:30 to let me know I was still in line up for service.called him again around 7:30 pm . He stated the job he was on was taking longer. I told him I would be fine with Saturday if it worked better for him. I called him repeatedly on Saturday and left messages . He finally answered the phone at 3:20 and told me he was at a job and if I wanted I could call someone else. All I needed was kitchen drain cleaned and if he had told me on Thursday he was too busy I would have scheduled someone else to do the job. After hours and weekends are twice as expensive. This was a very frustrating experience to say the least very unprofessional and I would definitely not recommend his company to anyone.

Grooms has been taking care of my FAMILY'S plumbing for over 20 years, his dad took care of my grandpa and dad now the son has taken over and takes care of all of my family who need plumbing! Very very fair pricing! Also this is big thanks i had a company tell me i needed a new sewer line were talking $3500.00 dollar job i asked Mr. Grooms what he thought he said do you mind if i try to snake it out 30 minutes later thats all it needed and he did it for cheaper then it would've cost me to rent the machine. Took care of my parents today this is the least i can do is tell someone how much of a blessing the Groom's are to know, highly recommend for plumbing and sewer drains !

Husband called Jeff to come snake our line he said yes can be there between 12 and 2 okay never came we called he said he couldn't get to it tell after 5 pm now charging after hour rates. Schedules for next day. Never shows up we call the 3rd day and he said yes I can be there between 2 and 4. We call at 330 he said yes give me about 30 mins I'm almost done with this job. Now here we are at 430 no show nothing. Now we are trying to find a new plumber just to come out and snake our line. Worst customer service ever.Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but 3 days no show. If I could of put 0 stars I would have

We were in desperate need to have the outside drain snaked as the washer was backing up in the laundry room. Grooms was able to come out on a Saturday short notice and was very reasonably priced. Jeff was wonderful and we will be definitely be using Grooms for all our plumbing needs and will be recommending them.

am so frustrated writing this review. For years, we’ve used Grooms for various issues like a few drain snakes and plumbing in a gas line. On Saturday, we discovered a slab leak at 9pm. We called Jeff with Groom’s and he said he’d be out first thing in the morning. Upon arrival, he was ready to bust up the slab and look for/repair the slab leak. After discussing options, we decided to spend the extra money and have him repipe our house. He stated he’d need Monday to collect materials and then could start on Tuesday, finish Wednesday. Not ideal, but we understood it was a big job and he had prior engagements.

Monday comes and Jeff did not show up to place boards in the attic to get the job moving for Tuesday. He called at 7pm stating he had a flat. Okay, understand things happen, he noted he’d be out Tuesday morning.

Tuesday morning comes and Jeff shows up to find our main line and then states if my husband would buy the materials, it would save him time (since he had numerous prior engagements) and save us money as he won’t have to charge us for the time to buy material. We agree as my husband is decently handy and get a list and my husband goes shopping. Jeff states he will start first thing Wednesday morning.

Wednesday morning arrives and no sign of Grooms or Jeff. I send a text that is not replied too. I then call at 10am to be told he would be over in the hour. We wait until 3pm and STILL no sign of Grooms. I call again and leave a voicemail that was never returned.

So here we are, 4 days with no water and a newborn and toddler and being nomads all over the state to wash clothes and bathe because Grooms strung us along for four days to then completely ghost us.

Unprofessional and extremely frustrating. If you do not have the bandwidth to do a job, be honest and upfront. If you need simple jobs, Grooms is probably fine, but be skeptical of their commitments.

Always a great experience - fast, efficient, and never had an issue with anything they've fixed up. Great decent guys who have our business for life.

He came and fixed my water heater and then fixed my sink too for no extra charge. I could tell he had integrity and I really appreciated it. I will definitely use Groom's plumbing every time.

This is my 2nd time calling Grooms for clogged pipes. Both times he got things running smoothly again and didn’t charge me a fortune. I have previously used 2 other plumbers, one charged after hours charges and the other one will not do anything after hours and understand both. Paying under $109 for one and $300 for the other; I know who I will be calling when the next rental backs up!

My dad gets out there and busts his plumbers crack every single day (& night, anytime you need him, we're 24/7 - 365) usually by himself and won't walk away from a job that isn't up to code (and his standards) or left undone. - Honest
My dad is THE BEST plumber around (was the youngest contractor in the state of Oklahoma at age 12 -honest hard facts) and is as sweet and understanding as they come. - Bias, yet HONEST!!
So if you have any questions or concerns about the biz go ahead and call em up and ask for a service call and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed, and your drains won't either 😉

Thank you Irwin’s for your fast response time and going above and beyond! We had an issue with our septic at our rental property and they were there in 10 minutes. The two men worked extremely hard the entire time until the issue was resolved. Very kind and thorough!

This is the first time we've used this company. I needed somebody to look over my septic system (3 years old.) I called Irwin's Septic Tank cleaning company last Friday and they showed up on time the following Monday (today.) I explained what I needed work on and to do a once over review on the system. I then had to go to a doctor appointment and left Shane and crew there alone. They did exactly what I wanted done with some minor adjustments on the septic system. They cleaned up and threw out some trash and locked the gate behind them. They left a very detailed, but clearly written, note as to what they accomplished. Gave me a recommended tank pump out date in the near future; and included the cost, also very reasonable. The cost for the work completed was very reasonable and fair. Only a reputable and honest company would have completed the job in the manner they did. Irwin's Septic company will always be my "go to" company in the future. A local home owner can't go wrong with this local company. A MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED COMPANY.

They are super nice guys with good manners. They are busy but fit me right in. Two guys form the company come in as scheduled time and leave with fill back up clean site. I have two 1000 g tanks pumped and I got discount. I called the owner and paid by credit card. I had receipt after service. They are very professional. I will recommend them to my friends and neighbor because they will be happy with them too. It is hard to find good service with reasonable fees these days.

Like most oklahomans, the last couple of weeks have been a disaster with power outages, which results in no water for many of us on well water and freezing pipes. We were out of water for a better part of a week. As soon as we got our water back, none of our toilets would flush down. I got a hold of Irwin Septic. They said they could hopefully get to our home within a day or two. (We weren't the only ones having big problems). They kept their word. Most importantly they kept in contact with us letting us know the status as too when they knew they would be able to help us. We didn't have to keep calling them. THIS IS KEY!!!
When they arrived, they quickly found the problem. The flow from our toilets to the septic tank was frozen. They broke through that and we were in business. Since they were in the tank we had them clean it out.
They were very professional from beginning to end. They cleaned up like you never knew they were there. I never asked what they would charge as at the time I didn't care. I just needed help. We were pleasantly surprised with the bill. Very reasonable. We highly recommend this company and will use them again in a heartbeat if necessary.

Highly recommend!!! I have dealt with the folks at Irwin in a few occasions (inspection, pump repair, etc). A couple weeks back,I had an emergency and they were able to respond super fast. Turned out to not be a septic issue, but they were still patient and professional. By far the best septic company I’ve ever dealt with!

Best service from everyone! Shane returned our call on a Sunday and was extremely helpful. The pump and service crews kept me up to speed throughout the entire process since I couldn't be there in person. Highly recommend this Company/Family!!

Our septic system was backed up and we couldn’t flush toilet, take showers, do laundry etc. We called another company we used 2 years ago, who was supposed to have cleaned out our septic (it was hard to believe it was already full again). We were told by that company it would be a week before they could come out. I asked them if they knew of anyone else (another company) who could help us and she said she didn’t think anyone would be able to help us. We called Irwin’s due to their great reviews and they were here within a few hours. They said it looked like our septic had not been cleaned in 10-15 years. The company we had used before were known to only pull out the water but not the waste. We will definitely use Irwin’s again. Thank you so much Irwin’s!!! You were a lifesaver.

Timely call back even after hours. Timely service on Sunday.
Shane is very polite and professional. Explains how the system works and made recommendation for keeping the tank and lines clear from clogging.
I will recommend these folks to anyone who needs their services!

Shane answered my call and was super helpful. He even helped us get our sprinklers going before they came out! His crew showed up early and was very thorough and explained everything. We will be using them from now on!!

We called this morning and they were able to get someone out today. Corey Sr and Derick were the folks that showed up. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the system and were able to even fix stuff from previous mistakes made by other companies. Irwin will be the ONLY company we will ever use going forward and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!!!

Shane, his brother Shawn and their team were absolutely amazing in the work they did in replacing some pipe that was found to have 4 bends causing backup of our septic/plumbing system. Could not be happier with their attention to detail, customer service and professionalism! Even sent me pics and videos of before and after the job, in addition to spending time in explaining everything found and done on the job. These guys are hands down #1 in my book. Appreciate everything!
