Irwin is the best! We've used them for over a decade to pump our septic tanks and they're always friendly and professional. They've advised us on some septic line/tank issues we've had, too, and we appreciate them taking the time to explain things to us. They're also very affordable.

Irwin’s Septic 5 star reviews are well deserved! We use them for residential and came highly recommended. This evening we had an emergency situation where our lines were clogged at our wedding venue. We called them 3 hours before the ceremony and I felt at ease as soon as I spoke with him. They handled this situation very professionally and extremely fast! 39 minutes before the wedding! They saved the day!

We highly recommend Irwin's Septic Tank Cleaning! Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly crew. They came to our home the same day that I called them, nearly at the end of the day, and still cleaned out our septic tank. We couldn't be happier to have such a responsive, service-oriented, and reasonably priced company in our local area.

I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks out and they forgot about me on the day of (supposed to be 7am & I waited until 9am to call). When I called they didn't know what happened and said they'd send someone out that day. They got there early afternoon (around 2pm) and the guys were very friendly. They had to find our tank before they could get started which took about 30 minutes (it was in a weird spot and the previous owner NEVER touched it). They started their job & then about 45 minutes later got a call from their office asking what was taking so long & informing them to wrap it up, which is fine - except for when it came time to pay. I found out the girl I asked pricing about when I scheduled the appointment wasnt telling me everything (By accident I presume. Things do happen). She said $325 and that's it but there were extra fees and if they take longer than the estimated time frame that's additional money. I was told 325 for a job that would cost more like 700 to be done properly start to finish. The guys stopped working & only charged the 325 because we weren't informed entirely. They even took photos and taught us a little about our system and what we need to do need to break up & get rid of the last couple feet of sludge. I will likely use them in the future now that all the costs are out in the open and we were treated fairly overall.

If you have an aerobic or septic tank and ever need any services, YOU NEED TO CALL Irwin’s Septic Tank! I have had an aerobic system for 18 years and used countless companies that were honestly all a pain to deal with and made us feel like anything but a customer. I really wish I would have known about Irwin’s sooner!!!

All four of the staff that came to service my home were very pleasant and hard working guys. They knew what they were doing and were able to answer all my questions.

They were also able to get me in within 24 hours of calling. I will never use another company.

Shane at Irwin septic was great! He was at our house quickly and had every part needed on his truck. The customer service was excellent and he answered the phone when I called even on the weekend and at night. Oh...did I mention the price and quality. He came in below 3 other estimates and explained step by step what he was doing. Great guy and great company. I highly recommend them.

Tony and Dean came out and got my septic system working again. They were knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I appreciate these guys honesty, I had called to get the septic pumped thinking that was the problem. Come to find out it didn’t need to be pumped.

Irwin Septic is probably great, but they recommended a plumber they use that didn't call or show. Wish I could rate the plumber...bad customer service. I even called a second time, he never returned my call. Don't use their plumber...

They were up front with pricing, and charged what they quoted. Their staff were professional and friendly, and clearly answered all my questions about my septic system. I will use them going forward and recommend them to others.

Great service! Blake and his wife came out and pumped our septic tank, it’s really cool to see a woman doing this kind of work and she’s great at it too! Blake was super professional and explained and show us that part of the the problem were some roots. He gave us a quote fir that service, called his team and explained everything and 30min later they arrived and took care of the roots. They have fair prices and everyone who came out to helps was friendly and professional. Same day service, would definitely recommend and call again if needed.

I left a request for service on the website on Saturday expecting someone to contact me on Monday. Less than an hour later Shane called me and got me scheduled for Monday. On Monday two very friendly guys came out and pumped out my tank, backflushed it to make sure everything was broken up and pumped it out again. They did an excellent job. If you need your septic tank cleaned out Irwin's should be your first call.

I put in a request via email last night after hrs and the owner called me right back to get me scheduled for the next morning. The techs came out first thing and were very polite and very professional. They explained everything and gave me some helpful information. I would highly recommend Irwin's to all my friends and family.

I can’t recommend these men and women enough. They have done a great job for us. We rent 2 for a local baseball park and they always keep them clean and gave us a great deal knowing this was for the kids. 6 stars if we could give it. Had our septic tank cleaned out this morning!
Sent an email on Saturday and then they instantly called us right away and scheduled a cleaning for Monday- 2 days later! Wow!
Customer service is great and they are quick to respond! Called us Monday morning when they were headed our way (always appreciate a heads up especially because we have kids and animals) and it Took no time at all for them to complete the cleaning! They didn’t try to up sell us anything like other Companies do! Would definitely recommend!

This company helped me in a time of need, with a septic pump. They were very quick and communicated well through the process as well. They are also kind and what you hope to find in a company for services at your home. 100% recommend them the next time you need septic services or anything else that entails.

I needed my septic tank drained in a bad way. I called this morning and within an hour a great crew was working on it. They gave me good advice for repairs and left my yard clean. Highly recommend!
