Great experience with Western Plumbing. Recently had some issues getting a building permit with OKC. Western Plumbing came out and handled the situation with professionalism and expertise. Plumbing permit was immediately approved after Western Plumbing came out and fixed the issues. Would recommend them to anyone for home or commercial plumbing.

Thank you to Jose at Western Plumbing for the professional job he did clearing a clogged drain at my house. He was prompt, on time and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes.

I had a lovely experience with Western Plumbing. We had a problem with my daughters garbage disposal, they came and it was a simple fix which they showed me how to do. We overpaid and were sent a check in the mail for the refund. Prompt service and friendly customer service.

My service was excellent EXCEPT the plumber cost me money by not changing the tank the “1st” time. Im sure it cost me more money. So for that only 4 stars

Do NOT trust these people! They gave me a $300 estimate to reconnect a bathroom sink. The estimate was 3x the amount of four other estimates that I got. I needed to have my bathroom countertop replaced so they had to disconnect the sink. To be safe I wanted a plumber to reconnect it. How long of a job is that really? They were trying to take advantage of me. They are a definite NO.

REALLY liked this guy! Great customer service, was quick and efficient with seating the new toilet. The price he quoted was very competitive and also was the final cost. No hidden fees! The best part was how clean he left the area. Will definitely be using them for our next project!

Very very pleased with our experience with this company. The technician was polite and very knowledgeable of the work needed to repair our dryer. He responded quickly after our initial call and after hearing the issue we were having with the dryer he knew exactly what the problem was. We will definitely use them again.

Josue showed up and worked over and above my expectations. I am very satisfied with his work and wish I could give him 10 stars. He worked on getting a gas line to my new gas stove top, redid my plumbing for my washer, ran the water line to my new fridge, repaired the float in my commode and fixed the vent to the water heater quickly and thoroughly. I will be calling Western again!! I highly recommend their work.

Josue came to our home and repaired the initial leak and found and fixed a second problem. He was honest and upfront with the plan and the cost. I will definitely call Western Plumbing if I should again be in need of plumbing services. Thank you for everything.

Great experience with this company! They were quick to get me scheduled. Called them twice in one month, for different issues, and they got to me right away. Josue was so nice to answer all my questions and explain to me what he was going to do and what the cost would be. Hope I don't need them again soon, but will definitely call them again when I do. From receptionist to field hand, all were polite, courteous, prompt and thorough.

The company was quick to respond and was able to schedule a technician to come out to evaluate our needs. Josue arrived on time, explained what we would need and what he recommended. We liked what he told us and said he would be able to come back the next day to replace our hot water heater. The work was done efficiently and quickly at a great price. Western was awsome they were late by 2 hours but that was due to unexpected previous customer. They were very courteous even though I had to call for eta of our scheduled appointment. Once here Jose was fabulous,courteous,explained all repairs and time it would take. If needed they will be the first company called . No one likes to call a plumber but they are great!

Quick and friendly dishwasher wasn’t draining. He checkecit out then ran a snake thru the vent on the roof and Shazam drains again.

Western Plumbing came out quickly and professionally and got our hot water tank replaced the same day. Josue was our technician and explained everything to us, and did a great job. We recommend Western Plumbing and would use them again.

Our hot water heater went out over the weekend and our initial estimate to fix it from another plumber was over $3500 with the recommendation to downsize from a 50 gallon to a 40 gallon tank “to save money”. We thought that seemed extremely high so we reached out to Western Plumbing. Josue was amazing. He arrived this morning, replaced our hot water heater with a 50 gallon tank, made an upgrade to keep things up to code, and charged us $1,200 less than the other plumber quoted us. I highly recommend this company. They are fair and professional. Josue even took the time to show me how to flush the tank yearly to extend the life and clean it out.

Great customer service! Dawn their receptionist is very friendly and welcoming. Josue was my plumber and was terrific. Very thorough when trying to find the source of a sewer smell. He persevered after a trip to the roof, attic and trying all possible areas.Josue told me ahead of time what he thought the problem was and how much it would cost to repair. He replaced a toilet , snaked my sewer line and also repaired two leaky outside faucets. He was very friendly, professional and quick. His work was neat and he cleaned up after he was finished. I will use them again! Thanks!
