Bryce and his assistant took care of my elderly mother when her hot water tank went out. This was during the coldest weather of the winter and leading into a holiday weekend- no other company would even come look at it for 5 more days. Bryce got the hot water tank up and running and was so very kind and polite! We would highly recommend McConnell Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

I’ve had an ongoing problem with a new tankless water heater. After a couple of attempts to fix with other plumbers, it was recommended that I call McConnell Plumbing.
Not only did they provide same day service, but they sent Bryce & Collin, which were so professional and courteous! Bryce & Collin dealt with contacting the manufacturer and ultimately fixed the issue.
About an hour after the team left, Josh called from the office to make sure everything was still going well with the unit and the hot water.
I just can’t say enough good about McConnell Plumbing, Bryce, Collin & Josh. I Highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services!

I had a gas stove top installed. McConnell Plumbing was very prompt and courteous. The technicians name was Caleb and he was very professional and friendly! Dennis is an amazing plumber!

Dennis helped us out when we had a leak under our slab foundation that flooded our lower floors. Dennis found the leak and shut water off to that area but got water to the rest of the house so we could shower, do laundry and such. Then came back the next day and was able to sleeve the pipe and fix the leak. Thankfully we didn’t have to break through the foundation. But I would trust him with that as well. Nice guy. I feel like he cares about what he does. I would hire Bullseye again for sure.

We called Dennis to come out and check out the building for a water leak. He was here when promised and took time to check everything out both visually and with equipment. Although he did not locate a leak, he referred us to someone else with different equipment that might help. How refreshing it was to have him explain exactly what he did to try to locate a leak and to actually give us info on what to do next. I believe Dennis is an honest man and will certainly keep his card for future reference.

I recently had a hot water tank installed, but shortly afterward a slab leak was discovered. I was referred to Bullseye Plumbing, and Dennis, Les, and Gayla came out, quickly located the leak, and repaired it.
What truly stood out was their passion and dedication to the service they provide. While on site, Dennis noticed several issues with the newly installed hot water tank and personally contacted the installer to ensure the problems were corrected. He didn’t have to do that, and I am forever grateful.
I feel blessed to have been referred to such an honest, down-to-earth, and genuine team. I highly recommend Bullseye Plumbing for anyone needing slab leak repairs or dependable plumbing services.

Good man does the work right.

Their website says “Free Estimates” and when I called to inquire the receptionist said that it wouldn’t be worth their time or gas money to send someone out to diagnose what’s going with our plumbing. She tried to tell me what kind of work would have to be done and how much that would cost, but she’s not the licensed plumber...? Very rude and unprofessional- my business will be taken elsewhere.

Pipes Plus was very professional installing a replacement hot water tank which could no be repaired and bringing it up to code in a very tight inconvenient location. At another house we decided to go with a Navien tankless water heater which is working out very well to save on expenses. Very helpful to guide us through the various venting and pipe issues and requirements for a tankless system and once again a very professional job of installation and support.

Inspected our gas line so we could get gas service turned on at our newot (to us) house. Because we could not get gas service turned on without his approval this guy milked us. Replaced about 4 gas valves at $60 a pop just because they were a bit older and could possibly leak. Mind you that these are $10 at Lowes and I could have done that myself. had I known this was an issue. Takes 5 minutes and a pipewrench to change one out. Anyways, also performed one other unnecessary service regarding an old gas heater in the bathroom. We could not deny the request as he would not approve the house so the city inspector could come by. Basically stay away unless you like being milked for every penny.

I have had a couple of plumbers out for the same issue and these guys actually found a solution. My washing machine has been overflowing for months. My kitchen sink then started backing up too. They talked me through options and the process. They said that problems may reoccur with the older pipes but that we could explore other solutions should I continue to have issues. Thanks Pipes Plus, I appreciate your honesty and hard work.
