All I want to say is thank you. My butt was in a wringer about 2 years ago. Locked myself out of my vehicle. I called Locke supply they were Johnny on the spot. They were not judgemental,helpful on tips and how not to be locked out again. Price wise was high I thought at first but, now it was the best money I've ever spent.

There were 3 people working inside. A man talking to 2 people at the counter, and 2 women sitting at computers. No one ever acknowledged we were in the store. No "hello" or "be right with you". Nothing. They didn't even look at us. So we left without a word and will never go back.

Gail is a delight! Very helpful and very knowledgeable about the material and cost of products. We definitely enjoy shopping with this store! They have a little bit of everything and as a service company, that’s exactly what we are needing. Great store!

I have been to more than one location several different times. Every time I am there the staff is extremely helpful and extremely patient. In a day and age where customer service is getting people in and out as quickly as possible the staff here always goes above and beyond to provide quality customer care.

Biggest rip-off, for a simple pipe leak that took less than two hours they charged me $1200. Stay away from them.

Chad Reid and the DonCo crew are excellent. Had trouble with a water heater. His team came out got it replaced in a quick and courteous manner. Extremely professional group of plumbers. 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing customer service (answers at ALL HOURS). I was very impressed with Donco. Not every company has this level of communication - Vera was amazing, and whoever runs that/owns that is very thoughtful in regards to their customers. Prices seemed reasonable (or slightly cheaper) compared to the time and solution employed. They came out the same day, and addressed the problem. I would definitly use them again.

The trailer park where I live uses Donco... They've been called out to help clear my sewer lines... Always have been very nice and helpful except for the last time they came out... They broke a pipe under my trailer but claimed they didn't do it and refused to fix it, my son was home when they came ronclean out the sewer and he heard when they hit the pipe and went out to ask them about it... They claimed that their snake didn't go that direction I to the sewer line but it did.... I went to the office to talk to them about it.. They called Donco and got the same response... They didn't do it but they clearly did, my pipe didn't have a hole in it before they started working on it

Loretta and her manager were wonderful help in a out of the box situation for a project recently. Great selection and top of the line products.

When we remodeled our bathrooms in 2019 our GC took us to Ferguson to choose our fixtures. That experience was fantastic, we were shown only items that fit within our budget and when we needed to compromise on some items due to cost we weren't made to feel like we weren't worth their time.
Fast forward go 2023, our faucets developed some flow issues and the plumber we hired to repair them caused more issues than they fixed. I decided to deal with the problem myself and went back to Ferguson to ask for help. Not only did the parts department take the time to find the schematic for my faucet (which is being retired by the manufacturer I learned) but when they couldn't find anyone who had the part in stock they took me to Loretta who took my info and said she'd look into it.
Due to Loretta's help I'm now getting new faucets covered under warranty and she did ALL the work to help me! I don't know if/when we will do another remodel, but our fixtures will come from Ferguson for sure!
