Charge was way too high for snaking 60' of drain. Service man played dumb and padded time by talking and fussing with things thant didn't add to repair. They wanted an additional $370 charge to repair sewer pipe that was broken into to snake. Told them no, stop. Told we were changed holiday rate 12/26. No previous mention of that. Very disappointed. Felt like we were being taken advantage of.

Jake with Heartland Plumbing showed up to unclog a drain for me. He was very polite and informative as to what he was doing. They were very flexible when I needed to reschedule due to work I would definately use them again and recommend.

I have used Heartland before and was happy with them, but something has changed. They were scheduled to come out and never showed or called. Now I’ve been trying to reach someone in the office but no one ever answers and you can’t leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full. I don’t know what happened because they used to be great, but I definitely won’t be using them again.

Service call to clear clogged ditchen sink drain. Arranging service call went smoothly and plumbers arrived within time window. Drain cleaned (but plumber brough no clean-up supplies and used my paper towels and garbage bat to cover the power snake to carry out of the house). The days later the drain was clogged again. Call resulted in prompt return of the same serviceman who released the drain and presented a bill for the full amount.
Said drain cleaning isn't warranted. However, a selling point with this company is free estimates. Got one the first time, but nothing was said about changing for the second service call to correct unsatisfactory work.. Company owner declined to adjust bill.

Finally, cost for work a little high for this market. Okay for a good job,
but not when it has to be done twice. $240 for a drain cleaning.

I am absolutely thrilled with Heartland Plumbing. I live out of State and had to find a plumber for a relatives house. Read reviews and decided they sounded the best. From dealing with the wonderful receptionist Dee who was so helpful to Colton the plumber who had to spend a long day working on slab leak. Colton got it all fixed, sent me pictures and explained everything thoroughly. I am very happy customer!

I have used this company twice and each time I have been pleased with the service. The price is very reasonable. They are very professional. Dee is a real pleasure to speak with when scheduling appointments. For this last appointment I had to call a few times because I kept finding extra things I wanted worked on and they had no problem adding on my requests. I will always use this company if I have a need and will recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

Asked for two seals to be replaced. Showed up with no seals and had to go purchase. Second toilet had to be replaced. They found the smallest, cheapest toilet I have ever seen….total, not itemized invoice, $1,025.00!!! Are you kidding me?!!!! Wow! Do not use!!!

I have used Heartland plumbing for many years. The professionalism and quality of repair is the best I have seen. The reason I am finally making a review is their up most honest. I had a leak from the big freeze recently and they were able to repair it the next day. A few days later I noticed a puddle on the opposite side of my house. I thought it was a additional leak after the pipes thawed out. They came out and identified it as a coupler that came loose and repaired it at no charge. They could have easily told me it was another pipe and I would not had any idea. This is why I will use them again and again.

Showed up when promised, did the work as promised, price was as promised. Great work and great guys. I'll recommend them and use them again.

I'm very pleased with Heartland's service. Everyone was very professional and quick to respond to the water leak in my house. The receptionist was polite, and Chance and his crew were excellent plumbers. I would highly recommend this company.

Live in OKC and our pipes in the basement froze and created multiple leaks.
One call was all it took and they came out and shut water off and repaired the leaks.

So Today On My Way Home From Picking Up ALL The Boys From School I Was On The Highway Just Cruising And Out Of No Where THIS Company Truck Came Flying Across Two Lanes Of Traffic NO Blinker And Jumps In Front Of My Car Making Me Slam On My Breaks And Swerve To Miss Him Then As I’m Trying To Correct It HE FLIPS ME OFF! Literally Ran My 3 Boys And I Off The Road Then Flips Me Off Like I Did Something Wrong, Smh And Mind You I Was Already Going 75mph When This Happened. Then To Add The Cherry On Top He Was STOPPED IN TRAFFIC And Right In Front Of Us. So I Got GOOD Pictures. I Contacted His Work As Well And They Didn’t Seem Too Concerned About Us Either. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Plumb Crazy Plumbing They DO NOT Care About Their Community And ARE Actuallly CRAZY. It’s Not Just A Name! Smh So WATCH OUT OKC He Is Going To HURT Someone!!

Plumb Crazy is unbelievably efficient. I called after hours for an Airbnb emergency and they were fixing the problem in 20 minutes. My guests came back from dinner and thanked me for getting it fixed quickly. I owe that gratitude to Plumb Crazy. I highly recommend them!!

Had to have my main water service line replaced. Kevin came within an hour to provide an estimate. He and Trevor were able to get it done in a single day. Very knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely use them for any future plumbing project.
