Kevin with Plumb Crazy was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and efficient in diagnosing and fixing our leaking kitchen sink. This was the 2nd time we had called on Plumb Crazy and we continue to be very satisfied with the company and workmanship.

Scott with Plumb Crazy just finished a visit to our house unclogging a severe block in our kitchen drain. We had another plumber come out earlier with no success, then called Plumb Crazy, who was prompt and efficiently unstopped the sink in 20 minutes. Great job!

Scott, the plumber who arrived for my repair appointment, was very knowledgeable with finding the leak. He was able to rule out various possibilities and repair the leak. The price was reasonable for the work he done.

Quick and friendly service call late afternoon yesterday and they arrived at 9am and fixed a leaking pipe under my crawl space under the house. Now I can take a hot shower again. With warm water and not luke warm like it was earlier

A fantastic and professional service. My main shower drain was backing up and nothing I did helped (draino and snaking it myself). After calling in the professionals they were able to unblock it and even recommended a maintenance schedule that I could do by myself to prevent this problem in the future.

I can no longer recommend Plumb Crazy to my family and friends. After years of using them and referrals, I am going to have to find another plumber. We had a clog in our main line. We had them out and the tech lied to us. He ran his snake in the line, told me he didn't hit anything but he got some resistance at the end ("it wasn't the clog though"), and then he checked the city sewer main and it was bone dry so it had to be something on the cities side. Which made ZERO sense to me because if the city manhole is dry, there's no water coming from my house and if there was a clog in the city line, the manhole would be full of water. So he told me to call the city and have them come fix it and if it was on our side, he was going to prepare an estimate for some additional work and charges. He made me pay him before he left on the initial visit. The city came out within 30 minutes and of course the clog is on our side, some roots and toilet paper were clogging the line. I feel like they just did this so they could charge us with some camera line service and he didn't even run his snake to the end of the line. I will not use or recommend Plumb Crazy again.

Had a leak in my closet...they came out same day within an hour...they quoted me like $435 however after fixing leak they requoted me $385 because they said they did not need to do as much as they originally thought. They could have charged me the $435 and I would have been none the wiser...just goes to show their integrity and honesty! Definity would recommend.

Everything about Plumb Crazy Plumbing is outstanding. Through the many years they've done work for me they have been on time, professional, and their work is First Class. Always. Their prices are fair. Their staff and technicians are friendly, highly skilled and extremely professional.

Jese From Plumb Crazy was great. We were notified he was on his way and even arrived earlier than promised. Took a look at the two things we needed done and got to work on one and quoted us up for the other job. Quick and courteous and kept us updated on the work as he was going.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC

The late January winter storm Fern wreaked havoc on plumbing in and around Oklahoma. Even while leaving our hot and cold water faucets dribble to prevent freezing, we ended up with a cracked hot water pipe underneath the house. I called Plumb Crazy Plumbing, figuring I wouldn’t get a tech out for days in this weather and with so many others dealing with broken pipes. Instead, Plumb Crazy had a technician at our house within the hour.

My tech, Kevin arrived with his assistant and they checked out the damage, gave me a quote, and had the problem fixed in less than an hour. They were extremely friendly, polite, professional and well-trained. The price was great. The service was prompt and efficient. The warranty was very reasonable and totally unexpected. And the follow-up from Plumb Crazy was above and beyond what I’ve had from other plumbers. I highly recommend Plumb Crazy Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

I had a pipe burst under my house when temperatures dropped below zero, and Plumb Crazy was amazing. They sent a plumber within two hours, and he was wonderful, efficient, thorough, and clearly knew what he was doing. There was no dragging out the job or padding the bill, which I truly appreciated.
