They were able to come out and fix a sewage line issue on a very tight turn around time after I experienced an emergency after hours. I so appreciate their willingness to fit me in first thing in the morning before I had to leave for a flight. The staff were wonderful to talk to and not only did they fix the immediate issue, the technician was able to diagnose why this problem has been recurring when my regular plumber has not. They have earned my business!

Seems every year I need to have my main drain cleared. The previous owners of my home had landscaped the backyard burying the clean out. Every company I have called in the past told me they’ll scope it and find the clean out. No one has been able to find it so they need to remove the toilet to access the line to unclog it. They all charge $300+ just to remove and replace the toilet. Mr Rooter came out and said they’ll find the clean out, to which I kinda giggled to myself and thought the last 5 guys couldn’t find it so good luck. The gentleman spent almost 3 hours scoping and tracing the clean out and finally found it! I have normally paid between $460 and $900 in the past to unclog the drain by removing the toilet. Mr Rooter charged $265 for everything. I highly recommend their services.

Jeff was quick and professional. Drove from Tulsa after his shift to help fix a gas leak and wrapped it up in about 1.5 hours. Kind and friendly with my kid :)

Tad converted a shower from a ceiling mount rain shower head to a standard wall mount and some other minor plumbing needs while he was there. He was friendly and courteous. He did the job quickly and neatly. I will definitely use Tad again.

Aaron [the Mr. Rooter Plumber that came to our house was very nice and professional. He was not able to fix the problem because it was a clog on the City of Mustang's line. However, he did recognize the problem and we were able to get it fixed by calling the City. He was very kind and extended more curtesy than necessary. We will call on Mr. Rooter for any further problems that we may have.

Jay came to replace our water heater which is positioned weirdly above the washer and dryer and halfway in the attic. Every step of the way was another snag or problem, but Jay never missed a beat and kept coming up with solutions.

Aaron Huffines was fantastic! He was very polite and very helpful. He was respectful of my home and space and left the area cleaner than when he came in. He was clear about what he would do and made sure I didn’t have any questions or further concerns before he started and again before he left. 10/10 would recommend Aaron to a friend! Prompt response. Quick diagnosis to find the problem. Explained what fixes were needed and why. Immediate cost pricing on the spot for prior approval prior to work execution. Other work outside plumbing was also needed and they helped us coordinate the contact of those professionals. The plumber was courteous and knowledgeable. The work he did was done well.

The Technician, Jay, arrived rather late because of his previous appointments. He called to let me know and I suggested he could come back so he wouldn’t have to work so late. He came and took care of my fireplace. I’m going to have him back in the future.

OMG so nice and professional. I call last night due to pipe burst under my kitchen sink. Jay would have come out that night if I hadn't missed his call but he was here first thing this morning! He fixed it right up and was even gracious enough to find out why my dishwasher didn't drain (it died).

Aaron was very pleasant and did a very good job to get us up and running . He explained everything very thoroughly and answered all of our questions and concerns.
