First let me say thank you to the dispatcher who was on call Saturday evening. They took the call and created a detailed description of the issues I was having. I'd already called two plumbers to resolve the same issue. As you can imagine everyone in the home was definitely ready to have the issue resolved and fast.

Wes Brown responded to the call and brought with him 30 years of experience and a truck loaded to the gills with every tool we might need. Fortunately nothing drastic was required to address the issue except thoroughness and attention to detail.

Wes's experience left no stone unturned. The previous company did not do a thorough job. Wes took the time to diagnose the situation properly and account for variables and unknowns. Most of all he was focused on resolving the issue and not just making a quick call.

I've used Mr rooter for nearly 20 years and have always felt that they provided excellent technicians on every call. Wes is no exception. I will ask for him personally the next time I need help.

I’m a real estate agent and had a listing with a collapsed sewer line discovered during the buyer’s inspection. The seller asked me to gather bids, and Mr. Rooter came recommended by a colleague. Their pricing was just under another respected company, and we liked their two-tier approach that could lower the final cost if the concrete work ended up being less extensive. Aaron was my first point of contact and handled communication throughout the project - clear, professional, and easy to reach. Bryan and Graham were on the job and did excellent work, and the dirt work even looked good. Buyer and Seller were also happy with the process and appreciated the job being completed prior to closing.

Aaron is wonderful! He took time to explain the problem and the solution. I’ve been a long-time customer of Mr. Rooter and each technician has been great. However, Aaron may be among the best.
The increase in cost was surprising though.

My tech Aaron was fantastic! He was very professional and knowledgeable about what I needed done. Even explained that there may be a bigger expense if the repair didn't work. Called them early that morning and he was out within 2 hours. I would/will recommend Mr. Rooter to everyone that asks!

Have used Mr. Rooter for over 25 years but no more. Last time we used them we told them ahead of time what the problem was but they chose to ignore us, didn't clean the drain properly and we had to go rent a sewer clean out and go back in less than a week! Cut out the tree roots that they didn't do and then found a rag in the line!! They charged us $295, told us that was going rate. But we had to add another $150 to clean ourselves. Thank goodness husband is a retired plumber so we could do the job properly. NOT satisfied at all.

We were very happy with our experience! Wes arrived as promised within 30 minutes of when we called and was able to take care of the plumbing issue our renter was experiencing within an hour or so. He was very professional. We greatly appreciate this type of service that eliminates stress from us and our renter! Thank you!

Jay was very knowledgeable and very understanding. He kept me informed on what would work and wouldn’t work. If I had any questions he was there to tell me and answer them all while still doing the install

Aaron Huffines was incredible! He came out on a Saturday night at 7:30 to clear and scope our sewer line, took the time to show us the video, and clearly explained everything we were looking at. His pricing was very reasonable—especially for an emergency call. Highly recommend!

Jay & Aaron saved the day. I have an old house with drain lines in my ceiling that were leaking into my kitchen below. A portion of the drain system was in a very tough spot to access. Jay & Aaron carefully removed the old drain lines with minimal interior damage. They meticulously built the new drain system in the ceiling that successfully drains a tub, sink, and lavatory. This was a tough job and both of them stayed late until the job was done and I was satisfied. These guys went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. When you call Mr. Rooter. to schedule service or ask questions, you get to talk to a real person (I spoke with Katie) who helps to ensure your issue is promptly addressed. This is the best service I've ever had from a plumbing company. I'll be using Mr. Rooter for any future plumbing needs.

I called Mr Rooter Plumbing of Oklahoma City, told them of my situation, that my sewer line was stopped up. And I need to get it unstop because I have three special needs children and three nurses taking care of the boys, Jay of Mr Rooter, came out, trying to unstop it to no avail turns out my line was collapsed. They repaired my line the next day at a Great price. Jay and his crew did a fantastic job. Called Mr. Rooter about a drain line that was not draining properly. They were able to get me scheduled the very next day. Jay came out and was able to figure out the issue pretty quickly and it wasn’t what I thought. At any rate he got the issue resolved and the drain working quickly. Rate was reasonable. Jay was very polite and I was pleased with the job. I would hire them again!

Jay was phenomenal. I called at 3:30pm on Friday and he was here within 45 minutes. He assessed the situation and determined I needed to replace my hot water heater. He went the extra mile by picking up the part coming back that evening and finished the job at 9pm. This guy needs a promotion to field service manager or at the very least a raise. He was not only knowledgeable but extremely professional and was able to explain to me in easy terms why the part needed to be replaced. I will be a customer for life. Thank you!!!!

Jay Keith showed up willing to listen and explain all my options to fix my leak. He even explained why it has and how to prevent it in the future. This was my first experience with Mr. Rooter plumbing it was quick and to the point. I will recommend this plumbing company to anyone who asks me. Outside water spigot broke, pipe broke and flooded my living room and spare room. Jay came out after 10:00 at night to replace and repair. Had to have a small hole put in Sheetrock, but it will be easy to fix. He didn’t get done until 12:15 am. Very personable and friendly. Work was superb. The technician was amazing, polite and professional. We went above ansmd beyond fixing our main line plumbing issues in such a short time and even advised us about the calcium build up in our water tank. He was a great representation of the company and just a "good" human being.
