Chris,Dylan,Cody did a fantastic job Just had wholehouse total overhead water lines in attic ran also had all new fixtures put in ..I have to say very good work.they cleaned up after job very nice. Had water backflow from the washer drain. Homeowners warranty set us up with OKC Plumbing experts and Braxton was here the next day with the right gear to clear the drains. Friendly and professional service

Never pay until the job is finished!

These guys took my money and ran.

They removed my floor and busted up the concrete in order to replace a collapsed drain pipe with PVC and on a Thursday.

They came back Monday to finish the job and placed the vanity on top of the new concrete without putting the flooring down underneath it first! They connected all the new plumbing to the sink, caulked the vanity to the wall and left it on top of the concrete with the no flooring underneath. I caught him as he was leaving and asked him if he had forgotten the floor, and the response was "we don't do floors". Also the vanity was not properly caulked or sealed to the cabinet or the wall and the new pipes were leaking!

I had to take all the plumbing out that he just installed, pull the vanity back out, and put the floor back myself, and then put the vanity back and connect all the plumbing again and finish the job myself. I worked 8 hours until 1:00 a.m. to complete a job that I paid $3,000 for. I spent 8 hours completing the job I paid for at a time when I was already working around the clock to get my place ready to sell.

They are not responding to my calls or texts.

This is unacceptable.

I would not recommend OKC plumbing experts.

I am requesting a partial refund.

Just got off working two consecutive 14 hour days. Woke up ready to go back for more and whoa!!!... Water shouldn't be here in the hallway floor!! Looked but couldn't find anything. So off to get a plumber through my homeowners warranty.
They hooked me up with Oklahoma City Plumbing experts. Got me scheduled for four days out, called the office and explained that I couldn't be without water for that long and could I schedule earlier. The lady on the phone explained warranty wouldn't pay for emergency call( read the fine print real close folks!!) I asked if I could pay the extra and she said sure and worked me in the next day, between 2 and 3 PM .Got a text at 1 PM plumber was on his way.
Chris showed up, introduced himself and assessed the situation and went to work. Got the problem fixed, explained everything that he needed to do and what he had done. Tidied up where he had worked, collected payment, wished me a happy Thanksgiving and was on his way!! Easy peasy and no more water in the hall!!
So, if you want to deal with a company that will value you as a customer, explain everything before they do it, show up when they are supposed to and are conscientious about their work.... this is the place!!!

Great workmanship and attention to detail, but if you value prompt scheduling and clear communication, be prepared to chase them down. I’d happily have them back for future jobs once they tighten up those areas.

They didn't do anything to fix my clogged laundry drain. The first excuse was that the home warranty wouldn't allow it. We don't have a home warranty, so the next excuse was his snake was too big to snake the drain. When we didn't buy that he said our drain wasn't up to code and he would charge $500 to bring it up to code. We had another plumber come out and he snaked the drain and cleared it in 10 minutes. I feel like this company just collects service call fees.

Use them through Choice Home Warranty the technician came out and looked at the line and said I had a o-ring dry rotted and it was leaking so therefore warranty would not cover it since it was a wear item. After I took the line apart it was cracked was not a bowling was charged $100 and had to fix it myself when actually it was a crack in the water line not that old ring very inexperienced technician there did take it apart to look to verify what was actually wrong with it just looked at it.

Braxton and Mike came out and were super helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Outstanding customer service and I will be a returning customer. I will also be referring them to friends and family.

Braxton was extremely helpful, and communicative. I really appreciate the way he explained things and the realistic timeline he provided. Working with Braxton has been a delight!
