Baxton, ( sp), did a great job, timely thorough walked me thru all he was doing, explained in details the problem and showed me all pipes involved. Very humble, friendly, and professional. I will never call anyone else for plumbing problems. I highly recommend 👌

We have personally worked with this company on two different occasions. First when our hot water tank went out. Second when our daughters kitchen pipes burst and had to be replaced not only inside, outside as well (had to dig and replace to main city lines). Both times Chris was quick to come handle our issues with great precision and efficiency.

Rip off. Came out just to take my deductible from warranty company and was in and out in 5 mins. Guy roughly pulled toilet off and cracked the ring around the pipe. Next day came back with a quote for $1200 talking about break tile and dig under toilet which warranty people denied. With three house with choice home warranty they believe them over me. So yes I canceled service for my three house with them too. Called another company, COE,s PLUMBING and they did the job for $300 without break the tile floor or doing any digging. They replaced the ring under toilet without doing any of the things this company said that needed to be done. They even fixed the issue for no extra charge that this company caused just to get extra money from warranty company Just see homeowner and see $$$.

Two technicians came out to unclog my sewer line. They said that I had a broken or collapsed line. They said that their boss would come out the next day to run a camera down the line to see what the problem was. When he came to run the camera down he said that I had a broken riser. His estimate was quite high so I got a second opinion. Good thing I did! My lines were clean and no broken riser!! If they run a camera ask for pictures! I think they were just taking advantage of an elderly lady. I might be older but I’m not dumb!

Okc plumbing did a great job. I had a major slab leak and Chris helped me tremendously.

Chris and the office were great to deal with. What started out as a frustrating situation with our home warranty company ended with the OKC Plumbing Experts doing a great job and providing the solution that was needed.

Based on other reviews, ask for a lot of details ahead of time if you make a warranty claim, specifically with the warranty company and non-covered costs such as permits, code upgrades, etc. These were necessary, but unexpected due to my lack of knowledge with the policy.
