In early March of 2022 I called Plumb Crazy Plumbing Inc to install a new gas hot water heater.

I bought the heater from Lowe's, as well as all the hoses needed. Since their delivery would take over a day, my friend and I picked up the equipment ourselves. We also removed the old heater and put the new heater in place. As it was late I decided to wait and have a licensed plumber finish the job on Monday. I had previously one day taken pictures of two plumbers in the Lowe's parking lot, meaning they likely worked with the Lowe's contractor program and would be familiar with the equipment I bought.

After calling Plumb Crazy they said someone could be out almost immediately, which they did.

I was shocked to be quoted by (I'll leave his name private for privacy) $222 for installation. I went ahead and agreed hesitantly.

After less than 10 minutes he said I was good to go except that my hoses were junk and one was leaking. Needless to say I was speechless, but he said the leak would stop.

Two days later both of my hoses were leaking, as well as the gas was being detected by my hand held gas detector. I tightened the gas and put buckets underneath the water leaks.

After 10 days I sent a message that I was very unhappy with the high price service.

Two days later the same tech came out. At that time only one hose was leaking. He said he would hook up one of his new hoses for free but the other would be half hour service and $180 for the hose to replace my "junk" hoses.

I responded with my hoses were the same brand as his but the more expensive version and they cost less than $20 each. (Eastman Waterflex 24 inch less than $12 on Amazon)

This flustered him, so he replaced one hose for free and left.

If they would have fixed the problem and not tried to lie and hustle me for more money, I would have given a 4 or 5 star. The deception and hussle is what earns a 2 star, which seems generous.

It is my fault I paid $222 to have two hoses tightened, but it is the company's fault for being deceptive and trying to get more money out of me.

Kevin was AMAZING! I called them out for a free estimate to replace a peatrap under the bathtub in my slab house that Roto Rooter was going to charge me $4,500 to do, after saying they could not snake it because the peatrap was rusted out. Kevin offered to try to shake it for $155 (RR was charging me $275) to do the same snake, but because they couldn't snake it they only charged me $245. So glad I had Kevin give it a go because he unclogged it and said there was no need to replace anything! Thank God i went looking for a second estimate! Will DEFINITELY use them again!!!!!

Mark is great! My washer drain was dumping all the water into my garage, and he not only fixed the issue, he explained why it was occurring. He went the extra mile to really asses the problem to know exactly what was causing it. I do have to have some pipes replaced, but this gives me peace of mind as a first time homeowner so I can start setting money aside now rather than paying for a costly fix.

Plumb Crazy recently completed a full repipe of our home, which was originally built in the late 1980s with polybutylene piping. As many homeowners with this type of piping know, it often leads to frequent leaks. Although we had been putting off the project for some time, a leak in our slab made it clear we could no longer delay.

We gathered several estimates and had already decided to move forward with Plumb Crazy when the situation worsened. After shutting off our water, I called their office expecting to wait several days for service. Instead, they scheduled us first thing the very next morning, which was an incredible relief.

The technician, Tim—who had also provided our estimate—was familiar with the scope of work and came fully prepared. He and his crew were professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the entire project. Before starting, Tim walked me through each area of the home where wall access was required, and he kept me updated every step of the way. They also identified and resolved a few additional issues during the process, saving us from future headaches.

The entire project went smoothly, and Plumb Crazy provided extensive before-and-after photos, giving us confidence that the work was done thoroughly and correctly. It feels great knowing we can finally put our plumbing issues behind us. I highly recommend Plumb Crazy to anyone in need of a repipe or other plumbing services.

They scheduled a window, called ahead, arrived on time, gave a free and reasonable estimate, were friendly and professional, and completed the job in 35 minutes with a 30 day work warranty. I couldn't ask for more and would use them again.

This was my first time working with Crazy Plumber, (was referred by a co-worker), they did a great job replacing shutoff valves in my that had rusted over along with installing a new kitchen faucet and disposal. Had them replace my dishwasher, and a number of pipes under my sink after my kitchen flooded this week. I researched a lot of Yelp and Nextdoor reviews, and Plumb Crazy had may good reviews. On the few that were bad, the owner directly replied to try and remedy any issues. That stood out to me. I made a request online Wednesday night, it was easy; my technician Kevin showed up Friday a.m. He was knowledgeable, professional, and left no unmet needs or messes. As long as this repair holds up, they will be the first I call the next time I have any plumbing needs.

**One edit- not going to change the rating, but this needs communicated. Had my line from the water supply to ice maker replaced. I was not told to cycle it (or anything for that matter), so the ice tasted like chemicals and plastic. Potentially dangerous, so if you have that line replaced cycle the ice 5+ times. Wish that would have been spoken too. **

We had an emergency where the shower drain started bubbling up water at 2:30 am. Someone flushed the toilet a floor above and the toilet wouldn't stop flushing. It drained fine, but the shower on the floor below began to overflow. I turned off the water to the toilet above and the overflow in shower stopped and began to recede. But we did not want a repeat.
We called Plumb Crazy at 8:30 am and and they said that they could get someone there before 10:00 am. They did. Bruce arrived at about 9:30 and assessed the situation rapidly but carefully. He diagnosed the problem as a leak in the waste drain system, requiring a pipe snake. He had to search for the cleanout, because it was an old building and had been diverted past the swimming pool, where there was a vertical cleanout in the form of a vertical "T" from the line.
He managed to wrestle the snake into the drain and under/into the house until he cleaned out the pipel
He tested everything to make sure that the solution was correct, cleaned up and gave us the bill. It was entirely reasonable. In fact, given the special effort necessary, I thought it was better than fair.
I recommend Bruce from Plumb Crazy without any reservation, in fact, with enthusiasm. He did a GREAT job at a FAIR price.
    Outstanding.

Very disappointed. They came to fix my garbage disposal and informed me that the wall needed to be cut to fit the new plumbing. However, they cut all the way into my bathroom and didn’t even admit what happened. I only found out when I saw the hole and dust on the floor a day later. If you need a plumber, I would advise going with a company who will show more respect for your home and own up to their mistakes.

Jesse was great to work with. He did a great job fixing up a fairly strange washer setup and fixed an issue with the toilet that happened the day he was here.

Prices were more than fair. Happy to use Plumb Crazy in the future.

Jesse was my plumber, a nice person and a great plumber. I had a drain pipe with a hole in it. He had to jackhammer up the floor, dig a hole to get to the pipe, about 6X2 ft. and about 3 ft. deep, then replace it and fill it all back in. He kept me informed and did a great job. Also, Plumb Crazy is the most affordable.
