Arrived on time. Very courteous and thorough. Took the time to make sure it wasn't more than I thought it was, and did the job quickly and at a good price. Didn't try to sell me anything and cleaned the area when they were done. Thank you so much! PPS is now my go-to for plumbing needs.

I would not recommend this plumbing company. We made an appointment for some work critical to be done one week in advance and was told they would be there Monday to do the work. I confirmed the appt Friday. Called again Monday and they did finally show. The 2 men looked at the job and then told us they would be back in one week, the next Monday, to do the job. I fired them then called Mullins plumbing who sent one man out later the same day. He completed the job in a little over on hour. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Called them in for a gas pressure test. All they had to do was put air in the gas lines, see if pressure held if not fix the leak; a one man job. When I saw 3 guys get out of the truck I was a little perplexed. They didn't even look at my meter before they had the grand plans of moving the meter next to the house, run new lines, etc. That should only be done on older homes if there is a leak between the house and outside meter. Codes are not an issue either as it's grandfathered in even though they told me otherwise. According to them the code had just "changed". Called 2 other plumbers for a second opinion as I felt a little uneasy and they both agreed I was being taken for a ride. One came out and did the job. The setup was not a problem for him, the city inspector, nor ONG. So, the moral of the story is to know what you need done because you can't take their word for it and if you feel uneasy go elsewhere. I saved myself $600 by trusting my gut.

Very fast service. Person who answered the phone was extremely helpful. The problem was minor, but I have confidence in the expertise of the plumber who diagnosed the problem based on my conversation with him. Would definitely call again.

We had an issue with the drain line from our washer and kitchen sink that was not re-connected by the plumbing company a previous owner had had to run a new drain to the city main. Professional came in and gave us an estimate and they completed the job for what they quoted and for how long they said it would take. The guys doing the work were very professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future as well as recommend to others that need plumbing work.

Charlie and Mark are the best. My husband and I could not be more pleased with their work. They took their time, and didn’t give up until our problems were resolved. The price was very reasonable. They were quick to respond to our call. Very happy with their work, and would highly recommend to anybody looking for good, reliable plumbers.

I received a very high water bill from the City of Norman. It appeared go be a bad leak. I called P.P.S. yesterday and they had an opening today. They came our and began the hunt for the leak.
Knowledge and experience brought them to the answer fairly quickly(without digging up my yard).

The repair was finished and they tested the system for another leak but found none. I am extremely happy with the friendly way the plumber explained the situation. Fortunately the repair was on the cheaper side but I would have had no problem signing off on a complete water service replacement.

I will not hesitate to call Professional Plumbing Services in the future. Very happy customer!!!

This business should be investigated for wrong doing. The owner tried to rob my dad a “minimum of 15,000.” The owner came out to my residence after learning that our main line pipe was damaged from the inside from what the guys relayed once they used their camera to find out the problem. Charged $800 dollars just to look and another hundred after snaking it. Which did fix our backed up plumbing problem.
My dad absolutely needed a second opinion and come to find out after calling another plumbing service that charged only $225 for them to take a look, nothing was wrong with our pipes at all.
None of what the owner said made any sense after seeing what actually was going on inside the pipes.
Please be aware of “Professional Plumbing Services.”

We had a main water line break and they were able to quickly respond and get it fixed for us. They have great service, explained the details of what was going on and what needed to be done. As well as gave us options on what we could do. It was really great working with them.

I called at 8 a.m. to see about fixing a busted hot water line, secretary said she' ll have someone out by 11:00. Colton was here at 9:30 and done at 10:30. Awesome dude and very knowledgeable. Had some good conversation too. Hopefully won't need a plumber for a while but if I do I'll definitely be calling Heartland! Thanks!

Hired to replace my sewer line. Changed start date due to weather, then didn't show up on new start date. Told us it would be another week. About a week after that, they finally finished replacing the line. Told they would come back to clean up my yard and it's been over a week with several days of no rain and my yard is still a mess with big holes that still need to be filled. Not happy!

Heartland Plumbing did a great job installing a water softener for me! They arrived on time and completed the job promptly! I highly recommend them!
