I've been shopping at Locke for decades. Incredible selection and great employees.

Someone needs to update the hours of operation on Google. It says they close at 6 p.m. but I was there at 5:30 and it was closed; locked up and lights off. Very frustrating.

Visit these stores only when there is an immediate need for certain fittings, other than that online or a larger home improvement store, in addition it is overpriced with customer service being ok.

I use Locke for all of my install and ductwork related projects. Plenums, starters, flue pipe, flex or hard pipe, etc. They carry most standard materials in store, and can order next day from their warehouse for lots of non-standard items.

Really good personal great materials and prices my favorite store to go to 💪🏼💪🏼

I've been to Locke on numerous occasions and every time I step in that place it's as if I wasnt there if you're not a regular you cant get any help even at the check out lane this has been my experience EVERY TIME if you can go somewhere else to get what need I recommend to do that

Found what I needed but was not greeted or asked if I needed help. Every Locke Supply I have been to always asks what I am looking for. Made eye contact with 2 of their employees (older lady and older man at the register) and neither of them offered help. Found what I needed and waited in line for about 7 minutes to check out.

I called this location and got tossed around on the line and passed on to another customer representative before I got an answer on a part, but yet they answered my questions, they will have what you need to get the job done most of the time already in stock.

I use the electrical side. Those people are awesome. Highly recommend. Went there the first time after I fired Emsco. Never looked back.

Person at counter would or could not answer basic questions for me that he politely answered for another white customer. Have never been treated this way at ANY other Locke.

Awesome ,we had been looking for electrical parts all day . We get to Lock supply ,,the third one we've visited today and the sales clerk Gayle found all the things we needed 💖💋We Love You Gayle💋💖 you saved the day.

These boys up here at lock I'm always taking care of me they always have what we need these guys are knowledgeable and always quick to go get what you need or pull your order and have it ready.
This is definitely the place to go for your commercial contractor needs.

If i could rate this place zero stars i would. I visited locke looking for a new bathroom fixture set, found the one i like and was told the price, which was 199. i then went home to ensure this was the set my wife really wanted. I returned a couple of weeks later ready to buy the product and was then told it would be 299, that since i'm not a "contractor" and did not have what i was quoted in writing they would not honor the price. A quick search on amazon produced the exact same product for 179. My advice to anyone who comes here find what you like then order it on amazon. Amazons quick shipping had me the same product shipped to my home in 2 days! Locke's new slogan "We specialize in helping out the local contractors and ripping off the general public."

My faith in great customer service has been renewed because of a great Locke Plumbing employee named Zac who works at the W. Reno store in OKC. In 2018 I bought a fixture set from Locke and it recently started leaking. Thinking it was a Delta product and would be under warranty and I could replace it, I called the store and got Zac. We could not track the item number and at that point a lot of people would have said too bad! But Zac kept looking and working with others in the store and discovered it was a Locke Plumbing Deluxe Fixture set, discontinued and no parts were available. Again, most people would quit, but not Zac. He continued to search and found one last fixture set exactly like mine in a store in Joplin, Mo and had it shipped to OKC. I was so impressed. When I went to get it, here was this young man, soft spoken, patient and calming. (He is also pretty cute) Locke Plumbing management needs to know what a valuable employee Zac is and what a great ambassador he is for their store. You will not find a finer work ethic or customer service attitude very often, no matter what the age. Thank you Zac! You are definitely a keeper!!!

Yes I just wanted to share my experience today. I started my day out an edmond Locke supply , There I was greeted with surliness bordering on rudeness. Because I’m not a professional contractor the guy in the plumbing department was Very dismissive. Any questions were treated with an almost contempt.
A local contractor I knew told me to go down to the Reno store, and I was greeted there by a young man named Zac. Immediately I sensed the difference in atmosphere and culture, Zac was quick to help me figure what i needed as a layperson to complete my tasks.
I now will drive from Guthrie, ok to the other side of okc anytime(16 miles further than edmond) I need to go to Locke supply ; just so I’m greeted and helped with the professionalism displayed at this location, even though I’m not a contractor and am probably just doing DIY projects at home!!

The stores are well stocked. If the store your at is out of a item. They can look up near by stores and direct you where they have the part in stock. The employees are friendly and courteous. Anytime I need items I go there.

No nonsense place. Great layout, decent prices. The worker's try hard and are accommodating to the best knowledge they have. My 1st convenience pick as a journeyman. Time is $.
