Tony was great. I felt bad about interrupting his Saturday, but my aeration septic system was down, and tank was full. I called about noon on Saturday and he was there by 3:00, all fixed by 4:00. Fair price and great service. I will be using Irwin’s to maintain my septic system. Thanks again Tony and Shane.

They came out and said I had oil in my septic tank and charged me $200. I called another company and they came out and said NO OIL in septic tank. I had it pumped and have proof no oil. I called them to tell them and they did not even return my money. They said we will note that the next time I call to get pumped. There will not be a next time. I think when a company makes a mistake and charges the client they should reimburse them. I find it very unethical to operate business this way. I will be reporting this incident to the DEQ and BBB.

THIS is the company to call. From Shane who answered all my questions, gathered needed information and booked my appointment to Tony and TJ who came out and did an AMAZING job. Dependable, budget friendly, knowledgeable and on and on. WE have found the company we will continue to use and recommend.

Totally impress with this company. Service technician called me within 15 minutes after calling the office and was at the house 20 minutes later. The crew was professional and polite explained everything as they went along. They did a great job of cleaning up. I would recommend these guys

As others have mentioned, they are awesome. I submitted a repair request (non emergency) via the website. Within 5 minutes, Shane called me back and let me know they would be out the same day to get me fixed up. Little did I know is that they would be there in 30 minutes! They got everything all fixed up quickly and for a reasonable cost. There is no one else I will call for septic issues.

I recommend Irwin's to everyone! I can't say enough good things about the whole crew. They came quickly to help my parents in an emergency situation. I was surprised at how quickly they came out, how helpful and informative they were, and what great work they did. You can not beat the customer service and the quality work that you get from Irwin's. They were very reasonably priced and very good at breaking down the costs beforehand. We won't use anyone else.

I just bought a house that has an aerobic septic I knew nothing about. They came out and thoroughly explained how it works and how to take care of the system. They also did maintenance and pumped the tanks quickly and at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

I want to take a moment and thank everyone at Irwin's for the service they have provided for my wife and I. We woke up to our septic being backed up this morning so we reached out to them. They had a team Tony and Justin out at our house in no time. These Gentlemen were extremely Professional and well knowledgeable. I recommend this company to everyone. Really great company. Came out immediately on a saturday afternoon. Talked me through everything. Tony and Zach never made me feel like they were scamming me. Gave me recommendations for what to do next and offered to help if our family needs anything later. Really reasonably pricing as well! Cleaned up everything nicely.

They were thorough and honest which is hard to find lately, and they went so far as to explain preventive maintenance, showed me exactly what was wrong, and seemed like a knowledgeable and helpful team. I reached out to Irwin Septic early this morning—before their normal business hours—requesting service. Within a short time, Kim called me back and let me know she would try to get someone out the same day if possible.

Less than an hour after my initial request, I received a call from the crew letting me know they were about 20 minutes away. That kind of responsiveness is rare.

I had a small repair done earlier this year and was impressed then with their honesty, timelines, and quality of work, so calling them again was an easy decision. This time, I needed my septic tank emptied/cleaned, and Bryant and Tony handled everything professionally and efficiently. They even met me at the house before I had to leave for an appointment and made sure I was completely taken care of.

I called Thursday evening to price a pumping of our septic tank. They scheduled an appointment fast and they were at my house at 7:30 Friday morning. There were two guys ones name was Corey but can’t remember the other one. They were very professional and explained things to me. Thank you guys for the awesome work and professionalism. Definitely will use them again!

Western plumbing is amazing. The technician who came out to my house to fix my plumbing Josue was knowledgeable, kind, patient, and all together fantastic!. Western plumbing is affordable and so much better than those big name companies out there. He did the work and less time than he thought he was going to do charged a reasonable amount and was pleasant to be around. I couldn't give him and Western plumbing higher praise!
