Rich Wood was wonderful to work with. I experienced significant medical challenges during the roof replacement and Rich moved heaven and earth to keep me informed about the progress and sign the papers electronically from the skilled nursing unit I was in. He also worked closely with my brother, who took over for me during this time. I whole heartedly recommend Rich and Honor Roofing to anyone for their honest, enthusiastic, and respectful service.

Chuck, Larry, and Matt went above and beyond at every step of the process of replacing our roof. Assisting with insurance claim, keeping us updated on the process, and communicating all through the installation. Extremely thankful for them and couldn’t recommend them more.

Honor was communicative, transparent, respectful, and reliable. They showed up when they said they would and provided exceptional service on all fronts. Will absolutely refer them to anyone that has any roofing needs.

Pre-roof meeting was informed what would happen and the day the job was done was completed as described. Crew very polite. Cleaned area after job done. Company worked with insurance company which meant I did not have to.

We contacted Josef Curtis for a roof inspection and he has been great to work with. He did the inspection, took pictures, met with us to explain everything including our options, looked over our insurance policy , has given us advice regarding the whole process. He’s been wonderful to work with and we’ll call him when we’re ready to proceed. He’s a great guy to work with, encouraged us to ask any questions and stayed as long as he needed to. We highly recommend him.

Honor roofing and construction was fast and efficient to come out and inspect my roof after very high winds hit our area! I thought our roof was the original roof on our 27 year old home. After inspection, Carlton noted that the roof was in very good condition and he thought the roof was less than 6 years old. I called my insurance company and told them about the condition of my roof and that Honor roofing said it was less than 6 years old. My insurance company looked up past records on the house and found the roof was replaced 2 years before we bought it. Premium cost went down $1,649. Boom. Thank you Honor roofing. Will be calling them again when needed.

We highly recommend Honor Roofing!! They helped throughout the insurance process, replaced the roof very quickly, and cleaned up very thoroughly after they were finished. They arrived at about 6:45 am and by 2 pm they were done. They made sure to halt work as I brought my daughter out to the car that morning to ensure she was safe. And most importantly the finished product looks fantastic! Thank you specifically Rich Wood for taking care of us!!

Last Friday, Honor Roofing sent Thonton to inspect my roof.He was professional,respectful, and very thorough. He climbed up, took detailed photos, and carefully walked me through the current condition of the roof. He explained everything clearly and helped me understand what to monitor going forward. I appreciated how informative and transparent he was throughout the whole process. I felt well- educated about my roofand confident about next steps. It is refreshing to work with someone knowledgeable,down- to-earth, and focused on doing things the right way. I would definitely recommend Honor Roofing for their professionalism and honest service.

The owner called me back immediately and it was a holiday and a weekend. Brant and Travis came out with a crew the next morning and by the end of the day I had a beautiful new roof and the cost was economical and within my budget. Both Brant and Travis followed up with me to be sure I was happy with the work. They cleaned up and did not leave any old roof or nails anywhere. Would recommend him to anyone who needs a roofer.

We had significant damage to our roof after a major hailstorm. We tried to use a roofing company recommendation from a family member but after they came out to meet with the insurance adjuster they became unresponsive and left us hanging. Chris Hard with Total Restoration reached out to us to see if he could help. He was able to get a new adjuster to come out and they were able to get us a new roof put on when our previous contractor didn’t come through. They were very friendly and professional and dealt with the insurance company so we didn’t have to. We are grateful for all the help they provided us, and would definitely use them again when the need arises. I highly recommend Chris Hard with Total Restoration if you are needing roofing services!

Total Restoration was fantastic – the crew was friendly and arrived on time, and they did an excellent job on our roof, painting, and gutters. The quality was top‑notch and the price was fair. I would definitely recommend them as a roofing contractor near me and will use them again. There is nothing negative to say about this company. They did all of the above and came in at budget, no surprises!!! I have not meant a contractor more honest and trustworthy. You can not go wrong with this company.

I highly recommend Chris Hard with Total Restoration for roofing needs. After a hail storm, many roofing companies called or showed up at my door. Many were too pushy or I just didn't care for them. Then one day I was outside when a truck pulled up and I could see the decal on the truck that it was Total Restoration, a roofing company. It was too late to run and hide. So, I talked to Chris who was a very nice, polite and friendly young gentleman. For some reason, I felt I could trust him. He said he would walk me through questions or problems I might have with filing a claim and handling the insurance and roofing process. My insurance co. took about 2 wks to approve and get funds to me. During that time, Chris was reaching out or stopping by and checking on how things were going. Once everything was approved, before I knew it, roofing supplies were being delivered and a large crew showed up the following day. They had three structures to roof, so it took 2 days from sunrise to sunset. The roof looks amazing and they worked hard on the cleanup. Chris also made sure he was overseeing the crew and that things got done properly. Chris was great job at his job! Again, I'd highly recommend him to help you out with roofing needs.

We have been working with these guys since right after the hailstorm in October 2025. Once we were able to get our insurance company properly engaged, they came out and represented our interests as the adjuster did his work.

On February 26, their crew showed up at O'dark thirty and started the removal process. Less that 11 hours later, they have completed my roof with a class four shingle and roofline. Cleanup is immaculate! Super job.

Brandy and Gibson are great men to work with and followed up every single step of the way! Their crew was professional in every way.
