I needed a specialty sheet metal roofing job done on a large pergola that we had constructed by our pool. Jenco knew exactly the right materials to use, and were very professional about the job. While their quote was not the cheapest, it was not the most expensive either, thus I was quite happy with the outcome. Would recommend again.

I have worked with Jenco several times over the last 5 years. Once on a complete roof replacement (1st house) and 2 storm damage repairs ( 2nd house). Each time, they were efficient, punctual and solved my issue! They also did a great job on cleaning up their work site at completion!

I had a wonderful experience with Jenco Roofing! When I discovered that my roof may have been damaged by a hail storm, they came and inspected It for me. After confirming that It had been ‘hailed out’, they helped me navigate the insurance claim and even met the inspector at my house to make sure everyone was on the same page. When It came to replacing my roof, they were in and out in one day! I was SO impressed with their profesional manner and work ethic. I would HIGHLY recommend Jenco for any roofing or skylight needs!

My experience with Jenco left me EXTREMELY disappointed. While the resulting roof itself is great, the crews were very careless with the removal of the old roof which left several issues of damage... issues that could have easily been avoided if the crews had been just a little more careful. They seemed to be more interested in working quickly than carefully. Jenco asked me to pay ~85% of the contract price, and we agreed that I would not pay the final ~15% until all repairs were complete. However, without any warning from the Jenco rep I had been regularly communicating with, I received a letter from an attorney before all the repairs had been completed threatening a lien on my home because I had not paid my bill. Almost 2 months after the roof work was done, there is still unresolved damage. I am paying the contract in full to avoid the lien and no longer expect the damage to be resolved. I STRONGLY recommend: DO NOT USE JENCO.

I had a problem with my roof leaking significant amounts of water into the entryway and my contractor brought in Jenco ROofing to handle the problem. My house is made of concrete and stucco and the roof is a Mediterranean style roof consisting of clay tiles. Every local contractor to my area balked at the prospect of working on a tile roof, but Jenco had no problems working on a tile roof. The workers they sent out were professional, courteous, and had decades of experience working on this type of roof. The results speak for themselves. Not only does my roof not leak anymore, but they actually corrected design errors and mistakes made during the original construction. It has rained several times since they did the work, and I have no water inside the house. If you have a roofing problem, no matter what your roof is made of, you need to contact Jenco Roofing Company. Five stars isn't enough starts in my book.

Buddy always returns my call quickly and will inspect my roofing problems within 3 days if not sooner. He is extremely through and provides pictures to explain what needs to be done. Hail storms and ice storms are two events that homeowners do not welcome. Between the tennis ball size hail and a tree branch, my roof was in sad shape. Enter Jenco roofing to the rescue! Buddy Leake and his team were amazing. Buddy was patient and ever so professional. He always took the time to answer every question. The crew did a fabulous job as well. I was especially pleased with their cleanup. My roof looks amazing! Great job Jenco...highly recommend!

We used Jenco roofing to replace 2 low slope roofs, add proper attic venting installation, bathroom vent in the roof, and sealing coats on another low slope roof. Buddy Leake came out each time to explain what needed to be fixed and provide estimates for each options. He sent pictures and quotes for attic venting options. Lorenzo was excellent at supervising each project and was always present when I had questions. He showed me materials to better explain how things were being completed. He was up on the roof, in the attic, and provided detailed pictures to me so I can see the completed work. He made sure everything was done correctly. Lorenzo and Buddy are both kind, knowledgeable about all roofing/venting options and explained everything very well. The jobs were completed well and in a timely manner. I will continue to use Jenco roofing.

We’ve had an awesome experience with Jenco Roofing. They helped us identify roof damage we didn’t know we sustained and then processed our roof replacement insurance claim quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Buddy also helped us check our roof when we noticed a leak in one corner of our kitchen and helped us identify that we had water coming in from a different place on the exterior of our home. I highly recommend this team and won’t use anyone else in the future for all our roofing needs! Great company!
