For over a year, Cardinal Pools has been providing outstanding service for my sister's pool in Edmond. Due to her diminished medical condition, and me living in Louisiana, I rely on Cardinal Pools to provide honest and reliable assessments. All their employees are completely trustworthy and their invoices are very easy to review and complete via computer. It's a pleasure to coordinate, long distance, with such a superb and reliable company.

We have been doing business for years with Cardinal Pools. The people are so kind and always go above and beyond!! Just a month ago we took a part in that they had never seen before and they hunted until they found it for us!! Truly THE BEST service you will find!!

So helpful and friendly. Since we started with the bio guard chemicals it’s been very easy to keep the pool in perfect condition. Cardinal re-plastered our pool in 2018 and did a great job. Highly recommend using Cardinal Pools

Had an issue with my pump. After a ton of research and troubleshooting I still could not figure out what the issue was. Cardinal came out diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within an hour. Even if you think you know a lot about your pool it’s nice that there’s always someone who knows more. Price was fair as well. I highly recommend them.

I had been to many other pool stores that had me putting so many different chemicals in my pool, abs it still wasn't clearing and I was spending so much money! I had a friend refer me to Cardinal Pools, and my pool was beautiful after 1 visit!
I have been to only Cardinal Pools for our pool for over 4 years. They are so nice and helpful! My pool is so clear and beautiful with minimal chemicals and work! They really know what they are doing and they really appreciate their customers. Definitely recommend 100%!!

Diego provides our weekly pool service and he does an excellent job. He is personable, thorough, and we hope he is compensated accordingly.
What has been very disappointing is that two of the last three times we have been on Brenda’s list for tile repair, we have had to find someone else to do the work. Months ago I asked her to come out, which she did and she took photos. I called her several times to inquire where we were on the list and all she could say was that the guys were swamped with work. This lack of communication on her part was troublesome. The guys have done tile and stone repair on our pool before. We have been customers of yours for 15 years or more and thought we deserved better, or at least some, communication. I was tired of asking so I had someone else do the work and it was done promptly and well.

Excellent service, on schedule. Brenda is a pleasure to work with.

Cardinal pools have been awesome!! They have done a great job servicing our pool weekly, Matt is thorough and shows up as scheduled. They have fixed a couple issues that have come up with our equipment as well. 5 stars for sure!!

Cardinal installed our pool about 12 years ago and has maintained it ever since. They do a great job and they are always responsive to our needs.

Rob with Cardinal really took care of me on this year's pool opening. I have had my pool for 26 years and had issues with my pump. It died on me one day after opening. The water was in bad shape, and of course this is their busiest time of year. He came to my house around 6:00 in the evening on a Friday and took care of the issue. He replaced my motor and impeller and I'm good to go for a good while (I hope). Either way, that's customer service. Something not many people seem to care about anymore. Thanks Again!

Cardinal built our beautiful salt water pool including sheer descents, pebble surfacing, in ground cleaning system, the tile that I wanted and mosaics. They are prompt when I need maintenance or repair, and provide water analysis. Love the team and I think we got a really high quality pool.
