We have used Antonio to build 2 family pools!! He walked us thru the complete design process and helped create a tremendous end result. Antonio oversaw the project from beginning to end - using high quality crews to stay on schedule. Any issues we have had have been met with great solutions and great results. I highly recommend Antonio and his crew at Aquascape!!

We used Aquascape to build a pool and spa a year ago. Kirk did an excellent job of designing exactly what we wanted. The install started Sep 2021 and was completed the end of Dec 2021. Kirk kept in constant communication with us and was very informative of the process, what to expect and answered every question we had in great detail. As with any new install, there were some issues that needed to be fixed one the pool was filled with water. Some of those issue were repaired immediately, and there are others that have yet to be repaired a year later. Pat (Aquascape Office Manager) has told us numerous times that she will send the sub contractors back out to make the repairs, but they have yet to show up. I would not recommend Aquascape to anyone based on their follow up customer service.

We’ve used Aquascape Pools for 2 new builds and highly recommend them. Antonio is passionate about building quality and it shows from the initial design consultation to pool opening. Antonio, Pat, Jeff and the entire crew went to great lengths to provide not only a great product but responsive customer service during the build and service even 3 years beyond. I have and will definitely continue to refer to Aquascape Pools for your outdoor living experience.

We just finished our pool build with Aquascapes. Our experience could not have been better! Communication was constant and they always went above and beyond to make sure we knew what was going on. Jeff & Antonio always made sure to involve us and walk us through all the decisions. We are so thankful we chose aquascapes and would definitely choose them again! We love our pool and can’t wait to swim this summer!!! It is gorgeous!

After a lot of research last winter we decided to go with Aquascape to build our pool this spring. Aquascape has a very nice showroom and a well stocked store with a friendly staff. Kirk was our designer and he helped us realize our backyard dream from start to finish, and beyond. He responded to EVERY call we made to him, including calls well after our pool and landscaping had been completed. The quality of work and attention to detail is unsurpassed! No pool is maintenance free, but our Aquascape pool is about as close to it as possible, the self cleaning function is amazing. No doubt it takes a team to build a pool, but it's Kirk who makes it all come together.

After meeting with other pool builders, Kirk and his plans blew us away! He promised from the beginning first and foremost he would build us a beautiful pool. He delivered! His crews are true craftsman. His recommendations were spot on. Kirk was always available anytime we had questions. Service after the sale has been excellent. Kirk builds unique pools that are truly beautiful. I would recommend contacting him before you build a pool. His designs are unique and the features he builds are labor intensive. Other builders we met with did not have his unique vision.

These guys are awesome! I took a Maytronics M600 In for warranty service last Friday. It needed a new motor. He ordered it the same day and it arrived on Monday. He had the entire unit repaired by Thursday and back in my hands today.

Excellent and speedy service. Will definitely use these guys again and highly recommend them to anybody who needs pool service.

Antonio did an amazing job on our project. From start to finish he was very professional and extremely detail oriented. He completed our pool, spa, and landscaping project this past winter in about 10 weeks. Since that time the entire staff has remained very friendly, helpful, and quickly responsive to any questions or needs. I highly recommend Aquascape if you are considering a custom pool.

I hired Aquascape to build the pool at my new house a few years back. The business interaction was extremely thorough and professional and the communication throughout the building process was outstanding. The completion phase of the pool occurred during one of the rainiest 45 day periods in Oklahoma history, and through every uncontrollable setback and delay, Antonio, Jamie and their team over communicated and did an excellent job keeping us informed. When the pool was finally complete it was everything we hoped it would be! Service for the last year-plus has continued to impress. The staff are patient with questions and concerns and have a true sense of service. In short, I cannot recommend Aquascape highly enough!

Adam with Aquascape is literally the KING of pool knowledge. Every time we contact him with an issue, he knows exactly how to fix it. Aquascape did an incredible job remodeling our existing pool. From beginning to end, the process was seamless. Our pool was updated and looks like a brand new pool. The customer service has been so professional and personalized. We could not be happier with our “new” pool and hot tub!

I am so thankful that we found Antonio and used Aquascape for our pool! I have heard horror stories from friends about their pool building process---thankfully, this was not our experience with Aquascape. Our yard was quite a "challenge" to say the least and I shutter to think what would have happened with another pool builder. We have a retaining wall and major water drainage issues that we weren't aware of prior to construction, but no matter how stressful the situation became and no matter how many things went wrong, Antonio kept his cool and reassured us that everything would work out. His crews were awesome and all the staff at Aquascape communicated with us constantly throughout the process. Antonio is hands-on. He is at the job sites multiple times/week, overseeing the project, addressing issues, and communicating with the customers. He, his wife, and his staff treat their customers with the utmost respect and care. They walked us through the whole process from start to finish and even now I'm going to the shop weekly with water samples trying to figure out what chemicals my pool needs they continue to hold my hand and walk me through the process. They have become more than just people we hired to do a job; they have become our friends. Even if you have to wait a while for your pool, I promise it will be worth it. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Aquascape did a great job with my pool. My pool was small and a little unconventional, but they designed just what I wanted. They have great people who work at the company and everyone was very pleasant to work with. They were also very good at communicating next steps and kept me apprised of progress and scheduling. They stayed within budget and were on time. They offer great educational classes (especially helpful for a first-time pool owner) and they have a pleasant store stocked with all the supplies you need.

We recently used Kirk with Aquascape to design and install a pool in our backyard. Our yard is challenging because part of the yard slopes down quite a bit. He came over and we discussed what are wants were for the pool. He also gave us some great suggestions during that discussion. We later met at his office where he presented everything on a screen and we loved the design. He had included all the options we had discussed and we felt like we had a pool that was really personalized to us. Right before they began digging the hole he came out with a can of spray paint and outlined the pool. After looking at it and discussing with him we moved the hot tub which turned out to be a perfect location.
The construction process went well, the contractors were all very nice, had no problem with our two dogs and for the most part were pretty clean. It was fun going to their location and picking out our tile and plaster. You can place it in one of their outdoor pools to get a better feel of what it will look like. The staff at the office is very courteous.
Kirk was always responsive to our questions and easy to get a hold off. The cost was very comparable to other top pool companies in the OKC area.
We would definitely recommend Kirk with Aquascape.

After extensive research and quotes, I chose Aquascapes to construct our pool and I have no regrets. Adam did an amazing job as project lead and was always available if we had any questions. Communication is very important to me and everyone was great. Also, I feel we got a good value overall for the custom features we chose. I am very pleased with quality and the pool is absolutely beautiful.

Overrated in our opinion. 3 months late finishing our pool with LOTS of issues and frustrations along the way. Especially with the plaster crew... but many other problems as well. Project was "finished" in late May, but our spa and our lights STILL don't work. Spa literally worked ONE time out of a dozen times trying to use it and the lights have never worked - either won't come on or won't change colors. Aquascape has been out a few times, but can't seem to fix anything. We can't say for certain they aren't in the top 10% to 20% of Oklahoma pool builders, because they may be. As with most construction, the bar is often pretty low. But, we can say we wouldn't "recommend" them. How can you recommend a company that was 3 months late and can't build a spa and lights that work? And a company who splatters blue plaster ALL over your travertine. Hundreds of blue splatter marks everywhere. Why didn't they just cover the travertine with plastic? So many times we have wanted to enjoy the spa with friends and family and have to explain to them that it doesn't work. Air blower doesn't come on at all or shuts off within 5 minutes or less. Aquascape says the spa air blower is "overheating". Perhaps, but it simply doesn't work. Heater itself often hasn't worked too. Again, this has been our experience and it is ongoing with frustrations, missed appointments and things that don't work. We realize that many others have had better experiences and we are certainly happy for them. P.S. Adam and Troy with Aquascape are FANTASTIC! Friendly and helpful. They were a couple of the bright spots for us. If everyone who worked on our pool was like those two, this would be a better review. All the best in your choice of pool builder. But, if you choose Aquascape, we hope your experience is MUCH better than ours.

Aquascape did an awesome job sitting down with my wife and I to help us design the pool of our dreams. Antonio went above and beyond helping us pick out the right materials for every aspect of our pool. Timing was exactly what they told us and their installers and subcontractors were also timely to finish their work. Once the pool was installed Antonio took the time to make sure we knew how to operate our equipment and has been very good at answering our questions after the initial instructions.
