How ignorant if you come with trash you need to leave with it"they left a mess and then they walked up in our yard to use our trash can absolutely pathetic beware of this company and workers

I have been at the same address for 35 years. Two Hispanic gentlemen were by FAR the most courteous and professional I have ever had sent here by the City of Oklahoma City. Don't know how you could possibly find anyone better.

Asphlundh is and has been a customer of mine for the past 15 years, as I'm subcontracted to annually do Federal Safety Inspections on the trucks and equipment. I work with Asplundh all over the Nation from East to w
West coast, and have a great understanding of the people employed by Asplundh, and the ways the Company operate in whole!
First I have to say 99% of these reviews , by Unhappy Customers / Property Owners , are 110% the Very people who will be the first to Complain if a light flickers on and off to the power company, yet want to Complain when the Contract Line Clearing contractors come to clear a line and 99% of the time WILL ONLY ALLOW THEM to Trim a Tree And not Fall and Clean it up like it should be . THIS COMPANY I KNOW WILL NOT LEAVE ANYTHING Unless It was instructed by the property owner to ONLY trim a Tree . Asplundh also WILL Fix repair REPLACE anything damaged by their crews , And All too Often I see homeowners complain, And falsley accuse them of damage to get New Buildings, walk ways , etc...
Also the Public and Homeowners don't see THE VERY HARD, EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND Often DEADLY jobs these guys perform10 hours a day , 7 days a week ! They see them taking a break or waiting for a CHIP TRUCK to unload Or Waiting for instruction from a GF who's job Is to Complex for them to understand how much they are dealing with and How many thousands of miles of lines they control to be cleared, they say they are lazy workers! I SAY LETS SEE YOU GIVE IT 60 HRS.. and see who sits on a porch as long as possible!
As far as the animals, yes accidents happen and unfortunately the results are something that can be avoided, but Safety First No one Gets hurt Is The Rule not an Exception, . I know ASPLUNDH WILL GLADLY AND WILLINGLY TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIER EMPLOYEES to pay for vet bills , hospital bills , ect..and any other bills caused by an EMPLOYEE! With the Understanding you have to give them time to investigate and make SURE ITS NOT JUST ANOTHER HOMEOWNER TRYING TO GET A BIG BUSINESS TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THATS NOT THIER RESPONSIBILITY, AND TRYING TO GET SOMETHING FOR FREE! I SURE WISH THE GF COULD REPLY TO ALL THESE COMMENTS , SO BOTH SIDES ARE HEARD , IM WILLING TO BET ASPLUNDH WENT Above and Beyond to CORRECT and SATISFY THE Unsatisfying People who are making these reviews! my last interaction I had to request someone who spoke English it's kinda dumb they working in our yards and cant speak English. I'm not racist at all but we are America speak English learn to read. and speak it and problem solved.

I received a notice about tree trimming in 2017 they showed but didn't cut branched in power lines. I complained and they returned to cut trees, but left the logs and small branches in my yard and drainage ditch. That never returned to remove the cut limbs even though they had a wood chipper. Now on Friday July6 2018 they were called out due to a neighborhood power outage at about 11pm and again theycut branches and piled them approximately6-7 feet high havent returned to remove. Attemted to make contact but no response so far.

The cut down trees for OG&E in Arrowhead Hills in Edmond and were going to pick up and haul away the mess they made. We have talk to several people and they were going to send someone out to clean up the mess at the back of our property. Well its been a couple of months and they still haven't done it. Now Kris will not answer our phone calls. We have tried everything and now have filed a complaint and will continue to do whatever is necessary to get this taken care of. They are the worst company and the customer service sucks.

AWFUL! I would give them MINUS stars if I could! They were on the neighbor's porch eatng when I got home for lunch. She wasn't home, so I'm sure they did not have permission to be there. As I was getting ready to leave they rang the doorbell and asked for access to my back yard. I asked them what they would have done if I had not been home. My dogs have the run of the back yard. They said they would have used extensions. I should have let them! I had to barricade my dogs in my house. I asked them to shut and lock the gate when they were done. The "utility trimming" was TERRIBLE. The trees looked BUTCHERED and they didn't even get all the branches!. The gate was not locked when I arrived from home from work. We are missing a really good, really long extension ladder. I do not know whether they took it or not, but they did not lock the fence like I asked them to. This was in the 1400 block of N W 34th St. I think the truck number was B7091. I KNOW the tag number of the truck was I32888.

They came to our house contracted by OGE and BUTCHERED our trees. The cuts were so bad, the trees are sure to die, and now the poor trees must be removed completely. Not only did they do a complete butcher job on the trees they cut, they left the old dead limbs from the neighbors trees above the lines. Unreal. Their equipment destroyed my landscaping lights in the backyard in the ground as well. There was nothing professional about that job. When I got home from work they were all sitting on my porch on their phones. A complaint has been filed.

These guys got sent out here by OGE and have spent 2 days on a job that should only take a couple hours. They are on the side of my house scolling on their phones and one is sleeping. I'd like to mow my yard and let my dogs out but can't because these dudes!

I personally did not use them. They were performing a job thru OG&E. The 3 employees working threw their trash in the neighbors yard... and was drinking beer while on the job. Pictures were taken of 5 beer cans that were just left on the ground. Not sure I would recommend using them......

What did they even do back there for 8 HOURS?? The 3 connected unfenced lots sure dont look any different. All we heard was a whole lot of talking. Kept a couple of night shift people up from them standing around. They packed up about an hour after I got up and sat on my porch to see what they were up to. Doesn't take an hour to load some equipment.. i counted atleast 3 men?? they stood around the majority of that time. Obviously paid by the hour..no wonder all of the employee reviews are so high. 😬

They're very efficient at trimming the trees and mulching the limbs.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This crew came unannounced to our house, and came on my property. They let both of my dogs out (that we would've locked in the house if they would have given us a heads up). My 80 lbs dog got out, after they left the fence wide open, and got hit by a car. After a few days at the animal hospital and a big vet bill. We have still yet to hear an apology or at least some compassion. We have a case going against them right now. Rude, disrespectful and irresponsible crews! They broke a lady's fence down the road and left my neighbors fence wide open as well, while we were telling them about the situation! Like they don't learn. Their slogan is "safety first, no one gets hurt" - that is obviously a lie!

Had a power outage and they had to come cut some branches in order for the electric company to be able to fix the line. They came and literally filled my yard with trees (massive branches) i can't access my backyard at all i have a dog and she can't even get out there to use the restroom..and they destroyed part of my privacy fence in the process. Didnt say sorry, no one has been out to fix my fence OR clean up my yard. Would not recommend.

They've been around our corner for going on two weeks and done very little in that time aside from make it more difficult to get in and out of our driveways. Government contract or as good as (PSO), so while I'm not surprised, it's twice as irritating knowing they're lazing about on our dime.

Based on some of the reviews by former employees, it's pretty clear they don't treat their teams very respectfully, so I do understand how that would impact productivity on the ground. Still, the result is the same. They're in our way for far too long getting very little done.

I had a chipdrop from Ashplundh a few days ago; it was placed exactly where I asked. This is a professional, respectful company.
I hope to have more chip drops in the future.

They did a great job, they were very communicative. They cleared away a bunch of the tree branches that were in the way.

Sam has an incredible eye for design. It gave me great comfort knowing that someone with his extensive background and knowledge was taking care of my trees.

Happy Trees planted 3 trees for me. It was very reasonable. The trees were well planted and are doing very well. The company even followed up to be sure that they were doing well. The company was very professional. I would use them again.
