Horrible customer service. Requested to get couple different quotes on a tree over my house. Agreed to remove the one branch that was immediately threatening my house and to discuss further trimming later. Agreed to schedule it the next day. Next day came no one showed up and when i called to find out when they would be out. They stated they could have done it earlier (which was previously agreed upon) but not at 5pm. I apologize i work 8-5 like 90% of the world but again they stated i did not need to be present during the work.

These guys are great. Saw them working on a neighbors tree down the road and called for a quote. They came by, gave me an estimate and had the tree cut down within an hour. They even took the time to clean up the planter it was removed from and raked the yard. Awesome crew!

Very good company we had trees growing over our house and the power line to our house and they successfully trimmed up our trees and no damage was done to our property. They grinded up our stump and cleaned up every branch in our yard. The price was cheaper than all other estimates and this company has the nice trucks and equipment. If you have trees that have dead branches in it then call and have them taken care of we didn't and had to have the whole tree removed because of the disease the dead branches caused.

These guys are the BEST, and they are not overpriced. I got three quotes, all for over $2000, called Luker, and they were here the same day with a $1500 estimate which I snapped up quickly. The next afternoon they came out to "get started" but as it was getting dark, it was winter, they had the whole job done! And, some of the crew cleaned up my entire yard of debris and junk while I was paying and signing for the job.

I called on New Year’s Eve, they came out same day to quote the job. They came out first thing New Year’s Day and quickly took care of the huge branches that broke off due to wind. Charles was very knowledgeable and made quick work of it!
