Torch had a service rep at my home the same day that I called to give me an estimate. They were able to schedule my job on dates that were convenient for me. Trey and Iceland were respectful, professional, and did an excellent job throughout the two and a half week process or re-plumbing my home under the slab. The process was very smooth. Highly recommend.

I would Highly recommend using Torch for your next HVAC project. They showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would do and offered the most competitive pricing around that I could find. That’s all that you can ask of a home service company. Had Torch change out some bathroom fixtures. Came out Monday to give me an estimate and had the job done two days later. They even finished the job in less time than they quoted and reduced my bill. Service reps did a great job. I highly recommend Torch for your plumbing needs.

This is the 2nd time we have used Torch services for plumbing issues. Both times they arrived on time, treated us with the utmost professionalism, and fixed the issues. They diagnosed the problems and recommended we have our lines jetted. So far we have not had any backing up. We will definitely recommend Torch to our friends and family.

I have worked with Torch Plumbing for years. I use them on my personal home and rentals. They are the best. The techinians are always there to educate you and make sure they have the right solution for your home. Today Dustin Bence and Ben came to my peronal home and found an easy solution to a leaking shower head. I'm thankful they are a part of my team!

Louis was super nice. Explained everything he was doing, gave me different options and the cost associated with them. He also seemed super patient with the guy along that I think he was training. They never tried to sell me an expensive ac system that I didn't need yet. Got my system working fine again. Will definitely use again.

My niece recommended Torch based on her experience with their plumbing services. So glad I gave them a call

Had the AC and Plumber today.
JD replaced the float and flapper assembly in my toilet. Was in and out quick and extremely friendly and courteous.
Bryce and his assistant had the issue figured out before I could finish describing the problem. They worked up an estimated for two different options. Again, both super nice and courteous.
Before I could finish writing the update, scheduling called to set up an appointment to fix my unit!

I will always call Torch!

Easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had — not just in plumbing, but in any service industry. Torch Plumbing truly set the bar high. They arrived right at 8:00 AM and had everything completed by 10:30 AM, including installation of two new skirted toilets and haul-off of the old ones — as well as a third toilet that arrived damaged during shipping.

The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and exceptionally professional. They were thoughtful enough to move our robes out of the way, cleaned up thoroughly, and left our home looking even better than before. They also saved the tank lid from the broken toilet, knowing it’s a hard-to-find part — a small but incredibly thoughtful detail.

They took the time to explain compatibility concerns with washlets on skirted toilets and made sure I was completely happy with the work before they left. I’ll be recommending Torch Plumbing to everyone I know.

Dillon and Cougar arrived the day after our requested service. They called prior to the arrival and arrived within the timeframe they said they would. They asked me a lot of questions relating to my drain back up issue. They used the auger, and then ask if I would like them to use the camera to be sure there were not any breaks in the line. Then they made recommendations on what to do to prevent future issues. I was very pleased with her level of professionalism and knowledge. This all took less than an hour, and my drains are clear. I would definitely call them again for this issue, should it arise in the future. These young men restored my hope that there are still companies out there that have ethics.

The Torch Team that showed up at our house to look at our furnace provided an incredible, short notice solution to our needs. We were moving within 48 hours notice and needed a review for an inspector finding so we had little hope of having it done while still here. However, Rachel, Luis and team were here within a day and provided everything we needed. If we were staying in the local area I would buy a support contract from them.

Cougar and Seth came out today. They vgave us a warning call that they were 20 minutes out. They arrived just as they said, which was nice. The did an awesome job for us and fixed our sink. They did it quickly and efficiently. They were very nice and personable and we will definitely use this company again because of them! Thanks again guys!

I needed a whole new HVAC system which is never fun news. After several quotes, Torch was the best option. David at Torch is knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and gave best recommendations for my home - did not try to oversell me on a new system. Owen and Luis were amazing! Super professional and thorough. Knocked it out in one day, including plenum repair and duct sealing. I felt super comfortable with them, and they made sure to check in with me about the process and the work they did. 100% recommend this while team!

Torch is the best!!! I have used them over the past three years and could not ask for a better service company for my plumbing and heating/cooling needs. What makes them so special is their personnel. I have never called Torch and got an answering machine. Always, a courteous person answers the phone and I usually have one of their service personnel reach out the same day and most of the time, problem is handled the same day. I have been blessed to have met Gavin, Trey, Cougar, Dustin and Colby over the past few years. All of these have been to my house multiple times and have always been respectful to me and my property; always taking time to thoroughly explain the issues and cost for recommended course of action; always have approached the repairs thoughtful of existing structures, and mindful of any steps which could be taken to protect and prevent further issues; and most important to me is they always listened to me regarding any concerns I had. All of these reasons will keep me using Torch. And all at a reasonable cost. My most recent use of Torch was the Monday after the winter storm a few weeks ago...my hot water line froze. Their prompt attention kept my pipes from bursting which saved me from a possible costly mess! And to top it all off, Dustin (Torch's service expert) cleaned the snow off my car for me before he left. They really are the best!!!

We had Torch come out and replace a shower valve assembly for one of our projects. They did a fabulous job. I’m a general contractor and they worked with me no problem. Trey was super friendly and professional, his work was done very quickly and properly. We will definitely use them again and I refer them to everyone!
