Joshua was on time and very informative. He kept me up to date as he did our maintenance. He took pictures and videos and showed me each step and informed me of possible issues that may come up in the future and why it might happen. Very happy with his service.

Had a maintenance tune up today for my HVAC. Air Solutions has been so great. Always on time. Efficient. Answering any and all questions. They do great work. And they have ALL been so professional and pleasant. They have really been there when needed. I highly recommend this company!

Keaton from Air Solutions came to my home this afternoon to work on a plumbing repair in the yard.
He arrived punctually and got the job done quickly. Keaton is an excellent plumber; he always shows up on time and does a great job.

Nathan with Air Solutions was Awesome! He arrived when he said he would and he was nice and professional. Gave my heating system a tuneup and explained other services provided by Air Solutions! Will definitely use them in the future!

Justin was my hvac tech very professional and did attempt to help fix my furnace which is very old. The only option due to the system being so old was to replace the furnace. I spoke with Mike a sales representative for Air solutions and he presented some good options on replacement. Not pushy on sales and found great discounts.

Was able to get a quick appointment and they worked with me on my schedule. The tech called and showed up on time. Was very respectful and got done quickly. Will definitely be using them again and also getting a membership !

Our furnace-connected humidifier needed a new internal water canister, as the house had been very dry since the recent cold wave it and was obviously not working correctly.
Technician arrived same-day, because of Green Club membership, and quickly replaced with a new one.
Humidity is rising again to a comfortable level and Green Club membership meant the $90 service charge was waived along with the 10% discount on parts.

I'm a 6 year customer of Air Solutions. I appreciate their kind, courteous staff. Mtnc visits feel like a time with friends. Good work and honest feedback from their crews. Timely reminders from office staff and good use of electronic medium to keep us informed of arrival times. I get great documentation of all technician saw and worked on. I utilize the 2/yearly maintenance plan and appreciate I can book both Spring and Fall visits well in advance.

Nathan serviced my central heating furnaces this morning.

I had scheduled the A/C units to be serviced today, too; but it was below freezing outside. I asked if we could postpone the A/C units for warmer weather. Nathan talked to the office for me and took care of it, so I did not have to deal with it.

He was polite, friendly, and seemed to take care of everything efficiently. I always have liked Air Solutions techs, and Nathan is no exception.

Got me up and running in no time! They were able to locate the issue almost immediately. The response time was very impressive! Excellent customer service. All around a great experience.

Amazing service! They worked with us to make sure we had the best experience possible. We had the pipes replaced in half of our house and they took such good care of us, and even cleaned the house up so nice when they were done. Everybody from the lady on the phone to each service professional who we worked with were top notch! We will ALWAYS use torch for all of our plumbing and heat and air needs!
