We called Torch out for a slight plumbing issue and they surpassed our expectations! JD and Owen were on time for their scheduled appointments and were highly professional. JD helped solve our plumbing issue. He did a walk through on the rest of our plumbing and reported his findings. Owen was the tech who worked on making sure our HVAC system was working properly and cleaned out. We highly recommend Torch for your plumbing HVAC needs!

Had Torch come out to fix our A/C unit. The capacitor and condenser blower motor were out. They installed capacitor but had to order motor with fan blade. Paid for capacitor and they provided price and parts should arrive 3 days later. That night I pulled my documents from when unit was installed new and this should have been a warranty repair, called Trane next morning and they verified. Called Torch and they said the Tech "forgot" to check for warranty. Parts arrived 8 days later instead of 3, temps were in the 90s. They installed parts while we were out of town. Came home and motor rattled while running. I did not want Torch to come out to fix, don't have a good feeling about them, so I called someone else out and paid them. Seems the blade on the motor was bent causing noise. Tech should have heard this when he started A/C and corrected it but didn't. Just beware..

We had a water heater failure on a weekend. SInce it was urgent that it be resolved, we found that Torch was the only service available on such short notice for this big of a repair. Nathan was our service tech that day and he got the entire job done in about two hours! Nathan's attitude about the whole thing was wonderful, even having to work on a Saturday. He is such an asset to Torch and the Owasso community

On a Friday evening I got a call from a tenant about a leak in his house. I called Torch and they were able to send someone out that night but my tenant preferred Saturday morning. Saturday morning the plumber located the leak and was able to fix it. Trey woman was the plumber. He was very friendly and helpful.

I’ve used Torch services for years, and each time they’ve been out, they have been knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and efficient. Luis came out to work on my AC unit. He walked me through what happened, how he would fix it, and gave me several pricing options to fit my budget. Can’t recommend Torch enough to the broader Tulsa area.

We have a maintenance contract for Torch to come out 2x/ year for HVAC and 1x /year for plumbing. Their employees are amazing. Always helpful. Always informative. I won’t go anywhere else for service or annual service/maintenance

David Urquiza is the best. Very knowledgeable, dependable, courteous and excellent communication. A technician you can trust. Torch service company offers many options for better air quality, including duct cleaning, uv lights and long life filters to improve the quality of air in you're home. Highly recommend if u or if u have loved ones,pets in you're home who struggle with seasonal allergies and colds, viruses often. Been a huge improvement in our 🏡 home. Thank you Torch 🔦

Had a water line freeze, crack and leak. Torch team showed up and did a fantastic repair job. This company is dependable, high quality and stand by their work. You might pay a bit more, but you get what you pay for.
