We called 3 other places before 1st Choice. Unlike the other businesses, 1st Choice was quick to reply, transparent, informative, and honest. We had our estimate, parts ordered, and air-conditioning fixed in less than a week.
We'll definitely be using 1st Vhoice HVACR for all our future maintenance and issues!

They were on time and professional. Reviewed the situation and found the issue quickly. Had the part on the truck and replaced it. Let me know it was the contractor and a fuse that needed to be replaced. Very knowledgeable team. I recommend them to anyone who ho needs service.

I have nothing but positive things to say about these guys. They are very friendly and respectful. I needed to replace a motor in my A.C. unit, but the part had to be custom-made first. They did an excellent job of keeping me updated on when to expect the part. As soon as it arrived, they came quickly to fix the unit.

We have used this company for 8 years, and because the technicians are knowledgeable and well trained we are always satisfied. We are members of the Green Club and would highly recommend this service. This year Nick came to service our air conditioner. He was able to fix the thermostat and service the system. He was very efficient, and we would recommend this company because they do a great job.

Robert came out to check my heating system yesterday. He was very thorough and provided me with several photos to keep me apprised on the status of both units. He was informative, friendly and very customer focused. I've been a Green Club member for years. Keith has a first rate staff and I've always been satisfied with the results. I will continue to exclusively use Air Solutions for all of my heating, A/C, plumbing and electrical service needs, & recommended them to everyone.

James did a great job fixing my HVAC unit. Provided quality work and products. He went above and beyond to keep my costs down. The company got this job done way ahead of schedule by calling me to see if they could come over early due to other customers cancelling their appointments. I am also glad that I also signed up for their yearly HVAC maintenance program. Thanks for fixing my Air conditioning during these hot summer months!

I have used Air Solutions for about five years. They have been clean, professional and experienced for all of my needs. I needed some plumbing work done so I contacted them. The Technician they sent me was named Eric. We went over everything I needed done. He was right on it. He had to get a part. When he returned, he went right to work on my toilet. Had to shave some concrete so that the toilet was level and seated securely. There was zero mess for me to clean up! He did an outstanding job.
Little wordy, but I can't say enough about the quality of service. And, I wanted to share his expertise in performance of the task at hand.

Air Solution’s tech (Michael) came out to inspect the HVAC system in our new home. He performed a detailed inspection, was very pleasant, and even fixed a small repair that was noted in the purchase inspection for free. He informed me of the subscription maintenance plan, but didn’t try to over sell it. I would definitely use this company again.

Let us know how old our unit was and was helpful in letting us know the steps and costs to replace each part if that’s the route we wanted to take.
When inquiring about a new unit all together he was able to get his project manager out to my home within the hour! Gave us lots of options and made it easy to understand. Also said he would be able to get a crew out within the week but respectfully did not pressure us to make decisions right away.

Good folks. Always kind, always professional. I’ve called them to install two new sconces for my garage, and they’ve also done quite a bit of plumbing work on my house.

Eric Bunch is a great man and has been a huge help. Pinnacle of professionalism and he has been very generous with his knowledge. It has been a huge help to me for other smaller projects.

Air Solutions just sent me a request to leave a review. They were very quick about finding and fixing the problems created by Dale and Lee. (don't use Dale and Lee). Michael was wonderful about the repairs. The reason I give 4 stars instead of five is because the new 3/8 tubing Michael installed was $500 and they kept most of it to charge to the next customer that needs it. I found the tubing on Amazon for $47 with a $15 shipping charge.
Still, with the very high mark-up (the American way) they did a wonderful job. I will use them again when and if needed.

I have had Air Solutions for years. The guy came out to do the normal routine maintenance . He didn't replace the air filters or clean the actual unit. So if I'm paying for maintenance for the entire system and all they did was look at it and leave what am i paying for exactly?

My problem wasn't an obvious one. Tiny sensors readings were off and it caused the system to reboot when it got closer to 100 percent load. Keith and Josh did great, I had to use a blanket to sleep last night😎
