Site says service available 24/7 at no extra charge. Yet I called at 8pm and was told I could not get service. When asked about their site saying "24/7 service available at no extra charge" i was told "well we answer the phone 24/7...." sure glad there was "no extra charge" for answering my call to tell me they could be of no help.

Last Monday they came to repair my AC, but it was totally broken. So they offer me to give a new one at very good price, I accepted and now I'm very satisfied with this excellent heating installation service.
