Was referred to these guys in a pinch at our shop. We had a lobby full of customers and the A/C quit. We called 1st Choice and they came out quickly, then came back when it was still misbehaving - with reinforcements! The system was still misbehaving so they came on on Saturday morning to help us and get the problem resolved. I am well pleased and will be calling them again. I strongly recommend their work!

We have used 1st Choice multiple times and are extremely happy with their work. They have replaced 2 of our units, and went above and beyond on service calls. I called them out once due to AC not working correctly, and it turned out the filters just needed to be replaced. I was recovering from surgery so they changed them for me. They came out the same day I called them and quickly diagnosed our AC problem. Then they fixed it and got our AC working great for a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend them!

I saw a post about 1st Choice on FB, and am all for using a small local company. We had Brett come out to service our a/c units before the brutal heat of the summer. His pricing was super reasonable and comparable to other companies. He found 2 items that needed repaired, gave us the information with ZERO pressure to proceed with fixing said items. I contacted him later to schedule, he and his guy came back out a couple days later, fixed and good to know!! Great guy, great local HVAC company 🙌🏼

I had 3 other companies try to diagnose my AC problem and they all charged me and said it was fixed. Rick and Brett Baker fixed it first try and charged less than the other companies, they were the 4th AC company who tried to tix it. The others were just adding freon but not fixing the problem and it would work for 2 days tops.

Brett, Rick and the rest of his crew are so very pleasant. They got the work done faster than expected and cleaned up after. Everything looks good.
