Had a few companies come out and look at my pump when I didn't have any water and got differing opinions as to what was wrong. Pump and Supply was the cheapest option and they got it up and running pretty quickly. No complaints from me.

Very responsive to a pressure tank failure. They were very professional, communicated well, efficient and cleaned up after. Price was very reasonable.

Having an issue with some minor muddy red Oklahoma sludge/ red dirt, coming into my water line. Justin came out to ascertain the issue. We found that the pressure tank was pulling in small amounts of red sludge, so he took time to drain the tank and clear it up. Justins recommendation was, to add some proton filters to help minimize the sludge. He was extremely professional and has a significant knowledge of his job. Excellent customer service!

Wow what service. They arrived when they said they would. Isolated the problem and had our well up and running in no time.

They also went out of there way contacted the manufacturer and got our pump warranty.

Great Service! Woke up to no water. Put in a call and received a call back in just a few minutes at 7:45. They got here before 8:30 and had repairs done in just over an hour.

My water well stopped working and Waterloo Road Pump and Supply came out with in hours. They determined it was likely a short in the electrical line from the pump to the house. They laid a temporary line and got my water back on. They came out 2 days later with detection equipment and located the exact spot in my yard where the short was. Great service at very reasonable prices.

These guys absolutely GREAT!!!! Waylon and his Buddy, diagnosed the problem, pulled the pump, replaced it, gone in an hour and 12mins! Unbelievable!! Get on with my day! Price was more than fair!!! Nobody out there, could have done a better, quicker, more professional job, than these two did for me!!! USE THEM!!!

This service is A+. I was willing to pay overtime to get them out to fix my well pump. They show up at my door less than 1 hr and took Kevin (I hope I spell his name right) less than an hour to get my pump running again. Thank you guys and I definitely will use them again if I have to.

We use the Spencer location, the staff are super nice and very helpful. Over the memorial weekend our capacitor broke and we had no water bc we are on a well. We went to multiple stores like homedepot and Lowe's not thinking we could get the part from Pump supply. Neither of those stores had the part so we tried our luck and called Pump supply and they had someone meet us at the store and got the part. We thank you guys so much for taking time away from your family on a holiday weekend to help us. You saved us from having to go 2 days without water. Our family appreciate you so very much.

We've used Waterloo Rd Pump and Supply for many years as they have always provided quality service. Always prompt and reasonably priced. This call was an after hours weekend call in the middle of a brutal February storm. Called late Sat night and they were out Sunday morning to replace a ruptured pressure tank in sub-zero weather. No hesitation to recommend Waterloo Rd Pump & Supply!

Called in yesterday. Came out the very next day! Owner I spoke to you on the phone is Billy! Willie who came to job site was very thorough and great communicator! And they were 1/3 to 1/4 of the price of another competitor! Totally recommend on all fronts!

Great company... couldn’t be happier! It was a Saturday, around noon, and we had no water, with family coming in that day from out of state. We tryed to call several other places first, but they weren’t open on the weekend. Then we called Pump and Supply in Nicoma Park. The were very efficient and professional. Our technician was friendly, knowledgeable and quick... completely finished in about an hour and a half. We were so relieved... Thank you!

Very pleased with the promptness of Waterloo pump. We called them at 8:15 am and Mark was out at our house at 10:40. Our pressure switch and tank were both bad. He was able to replace both and had us up and running again in 2 hours. Mark was very personable and informative. We really appreciated how quickly he came out knowing how busy the company is. I am so grateful to find this company. I had two incidences that happened to me and each time it was on a Sunday. I purchased my components from them and self installed the first time. They were extremely helpful in making sure I had all of the components I needed to do the job and offered me some advice on how to make it better.

The second time I was out of state when my daughter informed me that the water was out. This time they dispatched to my home, again on a Sunday, and repaired a broken power cable post haste. I am an Electrical Engineer, so when I got home I was anxious to see how they did the repair. Turns out it was exactly how I would have done it, although it probably would have taken me longer.

This is my new well service company from now on. I trust that they have my best interest and they certainly have my trust.
