Had a 17 year old well with a leak at the checkvalve. Initially had another company looking at my setup, by gut instinct said no way. Called up Billy at Waterloo and Justin and his crew came out the next morning and I went ahead and replaced the older motor/pump. Was in/out in 2 hours, excellent service, best water pressure & flow in 17 years. Thank you!

If you are looking for a company to repair, service, or put in a water well, I highly recommend Pump and Supply LLC - Waterloo Road Pump and Supply. Waylen came out, explained our issue and was up front with all costs associated with the repair. They where able to get our well pump replaced with excellent service and a fair price.

I will call them for any future work for our wells on our property. Great job.

Water well tank was going out. Called them,came out the same day, replaced tank, repaired fitting and educated me . Price was very reasonable. Good customer service. Highly recommend

Came out on Friday evening but didn't have the equipment they needed. Said they'd return but didn't until Saturday morning. Had my pump repaired quickly. Only complaint I had was labor wasn't quoted with the pipe cost so my bill was quite a bit higher than the verbal estimate I was given. Both workers were extremely polite and cleaned up everything better than they found it.

These guys are GREAT. Very impressed. I had another well service out to repair my well (broken "pitless adapter") and they said it would take a LOT of work, I was not happy with them. I then called Waterloo and they came and fixed my well no problem! The guy was VERY friendly and VERY knowledgeable, He was shocked at the way the previous well service people wanted to fix my broken well. My well was fixed within 2 hours. I gave the guy a $20 tip !!!

Well pump failed overnight on a Saturday, and I called Pump & Supply LLC early Sunday morning. They sent a crew right out and had the issue diagnosed and fixed within two hours of my call. Highly recommend.

Team was fantastic from scheduling to installation very quick and professional and amazing service!

I was quoted $3800 from another company stating I needed a new tank and pump. It was a reputable company near me. I called around and found Pump & Supply from a recommendation. They had estimated a lower cost if I had to replace equipment. Two guys were sent out and told me I did not need a new tank or pump, just new wiring and switch. My total was approx. $800 not $3800. I spoke to Billy the owner and he would have beat the other prices by a lot, but his company did not try to sell me things I did not need. He also followed up with a phone call to check on things. I sell real estate, and will be adding this company to my vendor list if needed by my clients. I highly recommend.

Called them around 10am got it at 1230. Kenneth said control box bad and would repair.We requested a pump replacement too since it was 28 yrs old. All complete and fixed by 5ish. We had great customer service and he was very nice.

Had an excellent (emergency) experience with P&S! Justin and Angel were dispatched abruptly to my home to resolve an issue with a frozen/failed pressure switch, which resulted in a loss of water to our home the current freeze. Very helpful and fair group, couldn't be happier with the service provided!

Kenny showed up and in two hours he pulled a 200 ft deep submersible well pump and replaced it. Up & running again in two hours. Great job, highly recommended. The price was quite reasonable, ever lower than the phone estimate.
