I highly recommend Spencer Heat & Air! They installed my unit a few years ago. I remain very pleased with the performance of the equipment and the professionalism of the technicians they send out for the bi-yearly maintenance visits. Good quality work and reasonable pricing!

Bought new hvac system in 21. Had coil issues on new install Called Spencer and they fit me in to schedule and got me going. Filled coolant, kept me informed until part was delivered and installed. Great customer service, great company. Thanks Spencer Heat and Air!

Had Technician Jarrod. Very courteous and helpful in answering questions and concerns I had about the a/c system. Also Office personnel, Scarlett, Tricia, & Rhonda were very helpful as well. Update: I contacted the owner at his request by email several times. I never got a response. This is not a honest company! Learn from my mistake, don’t be fooled by all the great reviews and fancy trucks. I way over paid for a unit larger than my house needed. Stanley, the owner came over during the install. At the time I thought how nice. Later I realized Stanley was there to distract me from how horrible the outside pipes looked. After the installation, I noticed one of the mini-splits was not draining at all. By the time they came out to fix it. Water had been dripping down the inside of the wall causing mold. It sent me to the ER and my dog got sick and died. I called Stanley to come repair the damage done to the house. His reply was “I would have to make him.” Unfortunately, I’m on a fixed income and spent most of my money for the new AC system. I was shocked by his rude, deceitful and dishonest behavior.

Spencer Heat & Air arrived and had our A/C issue determined and resolved within 30 minutes. Zane was super knowledgeable and had our unit up and running in no time. We have been a customer for years! Their customer service and professional expertise are first class!!!
