Have always got back to my calls when need. Have called them on the weekend when my Heat & Air has not worked. They have come out and fix the problem quickly and respectfully, always polite and courteous. Always letting me know when they will arrive and what is going on with the unit, I can always count on Spencer to let me know. They will be there to take care of the situation. They even came out on a Sunday when the temperatures were getting down to 20 And I needed the heat to be fixed. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are very reliable.

I rarely leave reviews but Spencer Heat & Air went above and beyond in two different services! They have earned a loyal customer here.
For one, they confirmed that I did not in-fact need a new AC unit when a separate company wanted me to purchase a new one for what seemed a simple fix. They then walked through how they confirmed no unit was needed and where the first company made that error.
I’ve had Spencer Hear & Air back since to service my heater and they have been outstanding.

We recently had some electrical work completed by the team at Spencer Heat and Air, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! They were professional, friendly, prompt, and true problem-solvers. The project included adding two new light switches to create 3-way switches between the laundry room and master bedroom, repairing and securing ceiling fans, tightening loose outlets, and installing new light fixtures. Zane and Keith did an outstanding job and were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this company and their skilled electricians for any future projects you may have!

Spencer serviced our heating system today. Dimitri was professional and friendly and did a great job! I was surprised and pleased that they offered a reduced rate for seniors. I had recent shoulder surgery so asked Spencer to replace the 3 filters in my system. Their charges are reasonable and the service is excellent!

I run a small dog rescue on my property and the servicemen were wonderful to deal with needing to move the dogs in and out so they could do their good work. When my realtor told me the people who were buying my home had asked for a full HVAC system inspection with us agreeing to repair or replace anything that was found wrong with the system I first thought of Spencer Heat and Air. My family has done business with them for quite literally decades and I have always appreciated their integrity. My unit is 40 years old but runs great and I was afraid another company might see how old it was and simply recommend that the full system be replaced, but the technician tested it thoroughly, including testing for carbon monoxide leakage and found that it was, in his words, "Old but durable," it is a pleasure doing business with an honest company.
