We had a unit go down and our prior HVAC guy of 6 years ghosted us. After quite a bit of research and seeing many positive reviews of Papa T’s we gave them a call. Came out ASAP. Needed a new unit which Papa T and his crew had up and running as soon as they possibly could. Clean, honest, and quick service. We’ve found our new HVAC Guy.

Our AC went out a couple days before Labor Day weekend. 100 degree heat is no joke. Papa T came and checked the unit which unfortunately could not be repaired. I expected this as our unit was really old. We definitely got our money’s worth from it. Papa T gave us a very reasonable price all things considered. Process was really easy. He and his team showed up 8 o’clock Tuesday morning and got to work. They had the old unit out and the new one installed pretty quick. Workspace was nice and neat and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. I will also be using them for any service related needs going forward. Prompt service and great ability to handle our need. If you need someone to come out for your HVAC needs, then definitely consider giving them a call.

Tom and his entire crew are the absolute best in the business. If you're not already using them, you are losing out! They are some of the most caring, honest, kindest people I've ever met! They genuinely care about their customers. I'm very fortunate to have them service my heat and air needs. And Terri is one of the sweetest people I know! I am very grateful for these guys!

Tom came out to give me a second quote for a new unit and he looked over everything and quickly identified an issue and fixed it without having to replace the entire unit. He came out quickly, easy to communicate with, friendly and knowledgeable. We will be calling him for any future issues.
