For the past four years I have contracted with Papa T’s Heating & Air for routine preventative maintenance on the HVAC systems at my house as well as two rental houses. They thoroughly checked and cleaned all the units to include changing all filters.

This company has very experienced technicians that care about the customer and I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs! I am treated as a valued customer and will use no other company for my HVAC needs!

Very friendly service, from receptionist/secretary taking my initial call, to the follow-up appt with "PapaT" service provider repairman. Repairs & cost were explained before done with my approval. Repair cost was very affordable, (lower than I expected) and I was very pleased with the quality of work done and results. I also discussed their cost structure for spring/fall maintenance for ac/furnace (2visits/yr total) with current stated cost $157 for the 2 maintenance visits/yr--Thought that was extremely reasonable, and told "Papa T" to sign me up. I felt quite safe during the visit. I think this business is honest and "above board" with their work and their cost structure, as well as having great integrity in working for/with their customers. My appt visit was the same day I called, which was quite a relief as the winter weather was reported to become much colder in the next 2-5 days from when my heat went out. I plan to use this company for all my future ac/heating needs.
P. S. Papa T is actually the owner, Tom Williams. This is a family -owned business which includes Mr. Tom Williams and his two sons.

Based on a recommendation from a trusted contractor, I asked Spencer for help with a rush project for a Christmas gift that I belatedly learned required a dedicated 20A circuit. They squeezed me in and did a great job. Then, two days before Christmas when I learned it needed a different style outlet, I reached out and they sent someone immediately to swap it out. Highly recommend.

I did not have an appt. so Dustin was "Johnny-on-the-spot", as he arrived about 5 minutes after I called. He was quick to locate the problem & was very efficient. He also changed the filters without even being asked. Dustin is a very nice young man. I believe any heat & air business would be extremely happy to have him. We've used Spencer Heat & Air before & will continue to do so. They're simply good folks.

Spencers has always been honest, kind , reasonable and very knowledgeable. I will continue using them because of this.

Exceptional customer service and very honest. They did a great job getting me set up at my new clinic. They followed up 6 months latter to check on me and made sure unit still running good. Nice to have local people you can trust you home and business with!

We've been using Spencer Heat & Air since we bought our place over 24 yrs ago. During that time they've replaced units for us, done all our service work, and responded to emergencies. From Stanley, Trish, Scarlett, to every crew that we've dealt with, they're all very responsive, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Every crew that's shows up at our place takes the time to shake my hand, introduce themselves, and their attention to detail is second to none. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our home.

This morning after turning on my heater I heard a noise I had not heard before. Called Spencer Heat and Air and they had had a crew here within 15-20 minutes. Turned out it was a minor fix. The two gentlemen were courteous, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend this company!

Spencers just did a tuneup on my heating system. They have installed and maintained my heat and air for 20 years. They show up on time. They are polite and efficient. Demitree checked my home for CO after maintenance. He’s awesome! And I got a senior discount! They never disappoint!

Stan was very helpful and timely with responses. They did excellent work with my new install. The minor damage that was left was resolved in a timely manner. I do recommend this company and their services!

Spencer Heat & Air services the church where I work. The office staff is always so helpful and they get the crew here quickly. The young men that work for them are awesome. So polite and respectful every time! I appreciate their promptness and everything they do for us. Great company!

I have used Spencer Heat & Air for many years. They do a great job serving my new heat pump and heating system. They are always attentive to any questions and concerns I’ve had over the years. All of their service techs are well trained and do an excellent job. I highly recommend them!

tl;dr - personable, helpful, and professional service at a great price!

We had a fantastic experience with Spencer Heat & Air and our assigned tech. We called in the afternoon, but the office was understanding and helpful, scheduling a tech out the same day. Our tech was punctual, arriving very early in the time window estimate we were given, and he was able to diagnose our issue and even implement a temporary fix within an hour. That meant we were able to still use our unit until we could be scheduled for a full repair.

We didn't even have to wait that long, however, as we received a call back from the office not much later. I was talked through our service options, and had our repair scheduled first thing next morning.

The same tech was sent out, once again right on time (feels very rare), and our unit was promptly repaired with no issues.

Spencer Heat and Air helped make a very frustrating and urgent issue about as painless as it could possible be. Overall we had a great experience at every point. While I we hope we won't have to, given the need we will absolutely be repeat customers.
