Appliance Repair reviews in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Has taken over a month to get serviced was canceled on multiple times. Once they made it out to do the repair, the technician did not put the dishwasher back in the original position. He did not level the legs to the dishwasher so that it sets or drains properly. He also left it uneven with the counter. This company was also not convenient for working around my schedule.

We had been dealing with another shop that drove from Joplin. The tech didn't know anything about my washer and didn't seem to care. I called Samsung and they sent me to Professional Appliance and TV Service. I thought the service was professional. I got emails during the entire process and a call reminding me of the appointment. They sent out Isaac and he was on time and very considerate. He even laid a rubber mat down so it wouldn't scratch my cabinets. I talked to him about my TV and he found out it's still under warranty. He's ordering parts and fixing that next. They are very diversified and I will continue to use them from now on.

I had a problem with a new Samsung dishwasher. I called the 800 number for Samsung customer service and apparently this is the company who does their work in Tulsa. Aside from the horrible email FROM SAMSUNG asking questions I had answered on the phone with THEIR customer service, my experience was very good. This company called me and set up an appointment time, and then called when they had a time slot earlier to see if that would work for me - which it did. So the technician came to my house and it was fixed very quickly. The tech was very nice, personable and respectful. So I would recommend this company based on my experience.

Very professional and responsive to deal with. They communicate very effectively through text or email which I loved. The repairman was excellent and we had an estimate the next day for repair. The repairman was helpful in providing honest feedback in answering my questions. Would definitely use them again!

This place is a joke. They came out to look at our freezer on a home warranty claim and said that the coils needed to be cleaned, but we would have to do it ourselves. Still got their check though. Lazy and unprofessional. Will be giving the home warranty a call.
Their response:
Before you bash our company and write reviews that are totally False you should understand the policy of your warranty company. We are only a provider that does calls for different companies in which we must follow proper guidelines set by them. Your warranty company does not allow cleanings of units and it is the customer's responsibility to clean their vents and filters. We do explain the process and show customers what should be done every 6 months to maintain your unit's cooling. The tech did fix your drain while on site to make it flow better I see. Your getting upset at us as our hands are tied when it comes to doing certain things to any unit. We are only following the policy that is set by your warranty company. If you can have your warranty company allow cleanings to be covered, please let us know. You already wrote a 1 star review and it is not fair to the Tech or our company and we would appreciate if you review this case better and remove the 1 star. We service over 75 units a day and we do provide a great service to all of our customers. But, when it comes to certain warranty companies we must follow their guidelines 100%.

I had an issue with my new Samsung Fridge. After talking with Tech Support I was introduced to Professional Appliance and TV Service.
I was quickly contacted and given a claim number. Professional Appliance worked with my schedule too.
My technician (Jason) was prompt to the appointment and fast to help get my fridge back working.
Absolutely professional, no complaints. -
Horrible experience, they simply do not care about our repair. Look elsewhere.
RE: I am not simply upset about your refusal to provide the work, but your customer service experience is simply horrible. I have spoke with you on the phone multiple times over the last 2 months and never once have I had a present tone. Quite frankly, you sound put out by the fact that you are providing a 3rd party warranty repair. The first appointment that was make by Geek Squad for this service went to your company and they provided me a date and time frame of service. Then you called me and told me that the "real" service date would be a week out from what I was told by Geek Squad. You did not honor your contract agreement with them as a 3rd party contractor so I called Geek Squad back and had them scheduled a new appointment. I am sure you recall this. So, that is when they sent LG out, I would have rather dealt with them to begin with so I am not sure why they contracted you for any other calls. The truth is that your company may have been able to fix it right the first time, but you would really consider getting someone else to answer your phones and honor the date of the service appointment to begin with.
Please note, that you can call, write to carrier pigeon me at anytime for a resolution. -
I had a Samsung TV that the screen was going black on and off when viewing 4K signals. Mike from Professional Appliance and TV service made two visits, he was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He had never seen this issue on this TV but was committed to fixing the issue. The first visit he tested the TV and changed some settings but the issue still remained, they promptly ordered a replacement controller board and the appointment was scheduled for the next week. I was not available for the next appointment, so we rescheduled for the following week. I actually received a call asking if I would like to move my appointment to one day sooner (That very rarely happens) so I was thrilled to have them come out a day sooner. Once again he arrived, swapped out the controller board and I have not had the issue since. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for TV service.

Jason was very accommodating to my requested times available for service. Ordered parts were on time and communication to me was informative. He did an excellent job at brainstorming how to get hinges off oven door that were broken. He was relentless and got it done! Thank you Jason for a job well done. I will definitely use you again.

I had a defective dishwasher delivered from Home Depot, and unfortunately I did not inspect in time (only 48 hours????) and Home Depot would not replace it. Fortunately the technician from Professional Appliance that came out to do the repair did an incredible job getting it to work like new. Had a very unique problem that included ball bearings falling out of rack assembly and getting lodged in the drain but he resolved the issue professionally, and with definite expertise. Highly recommend this company for any future appliance repair needs. Outstanding experience, thank you, Matthew!

Customer service is terrible! Waited 3 weeks for an appointment for the heating element in our dryer to be replaced. Company text the day before that the technician quit and they wouldn't be able to send another one for 3 more weeks. They canceled my appointment without confirming this with me. This company is extremely rude and not accommodating in any way.
Your text said May 3rd was the next available, which is NOT 7 days after today, April 20th. I didn't answer the phone to refuse, I missed your call and you text me that it was cancelled. -
Matt came and inspected our TV, on the first visit he was very kind, professional and friendly, and got right to work figuring out what was wrong with the TV. They had to order the part to fix the and so he said he would return in a week. The company called me the day before the second appointment to confirm (perfect communication). Matt showed up on time both visits and got right to work again, and again perfectly professional and friendly. Was not here more than 30 min and had our TV fixed! Five star service and efficiency. Would recommend this company and technician any day!

Professional is not the word I would have put in the name of this worthless, incompetent company. Had a claim out in on my dryer for over a month they came out twice without the right parts and then don't want to take responsibility for it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL SCAM YOU! STEER CLEAR!

I purchased a new refrigerator and within 4 days the ice maker quit. I called the warranty number and gave my information and the same day I was contacted by email & phone to schedule service. With the virus spreading I really wasn’t expecting a fast response but I was wrong. The company drove from Tulsa, called within the time scheduled, mask on & introduced himself at my door...then asked me if he could wash his hands! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
The replacement was quick & easy. For a first time experience I was very pleased with the prompt service and repair. I even received a follow-up call the next day to make sure I was happy with their service, and I was. -
Oh my goodness! This company was fantastic. Matthew was so kind and thorough. Not only did he fix my dishwasher, he set it back up in a much better position than it had been when it was initially installed. Matthew was hands down one of the nicest guys I've come across in a very long time. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Even gave me some pointers on my dishwasher itself.

I had a problem with my Samsung tv and this is the authorized dealer they sent out. They were professional and knowledgeable.

Response to owner: original review below
1. Why did I come back?
The first two times I used this company were not by choice. They were assigned as part of my Samsung warranty service, so I had no option but to use them. The third time, I mistakenly believed it was still a warranty repair. Once I learned it wasn’t, I specifically requested a diagnosis because I am capable of replacing parts but not diagnosing electrical issues. That’s why I paid for the service—to get a proper diagnosis, not to have someone fix the stove for me.
2. I wasn't trying to "save money" by doing the repair myself.
As mentioned, I’m not an expert in diagnosing electrical issues, which is why I hired them. I can replace parts easily, which is why I opted to do the replacement myself. I expected a professional diagnosis. Unfortunately, the diagnosis they provided was incorrect.
3. "You can't always be 100% right"
I understand that diagnosing appliances can sometimes be difficult, but when I pay for a diagnosis, I expect it to be accurate, as any reasonable person would. By definition, a diagnosis is "the identification of the nature of an illness or problem by examination of the symptoms." If they were unsure, that should have been communicated upfront. Instead, they gave me confidence that the part they quoted would solve the issue.
4. Anyone can throw parts at a problem
If all I wanted was someone to guess what part might be causing the issue, I could have done that myself. Anyone can throw parts at a problem until it's fixed, but that’s exactly why I hired a professional—to avoid this kind of trial-and-error approach. I expected expertise, not guesswork, and certainly not an incorrect diagnosis that wasted time and money.
5. No option for a refund
Even after offering to split the diagnostic fee, acknowledging the technician’s time, I was still refused. I don’t believe this reflects good customer service, especially considering the incorrect diagnosis.
In conclusion, the problem isn’t that I was trying to save money or avoid using their services. The problem is that I paid for an incorrect diagnosis, and when I sought a reasonable resolution, they refused. Any reasonable person would expect a correct diagnosis from a professional, and that’s why I do not recommend this company.
Original : DO NOT RECOMMEND. This is the 3rd time dealing with this company. The first time I had to help the tech unscrew the dishwasher which was unexpected as it was installed exactly as the instructions stated. The second time the tech told my wife he losts a screw and stated "im sure your husband has a screw he could put in place of it" that was not only unprofessional but a lackluster job completion. This time I paid to have someone come out to diagnose an issue with my stove. They originally wanted to just ask the tech and have him send me a quote before they even came out to look at it. I told them no, I want somebody to come out and perform a proper diagnosis. They showed up did the diagnostics and came back and told us that it needed a touch assembly. Simple enough. I ordered the exact part that they had on their quote from Samsung and replaced it. This did not fix the issue. That means that it was improperly diagnosed. When I asked about getting a refund for the improper diagnosis, they stood firm, saying it's not refundable. I even offeref to split it with them. Understanding that it did take time out of their day to come out. Still nothing. This is a greedy company. -
Professional and courteous service from start to finish. They did a great job with communication. I put in a service request through Samsung to have my TV repaired under warranty. They did a great job from start to finish. Great communication with the office as well as the technician Matthew. My TV screen was swapped out on site and was as good as new in no time. Matthew made sure everything was working as expected before leaving the job site. No mess left behind and great customer service. I can highly recommend you reach out for your flat screen TV repairs.

Profesional and Reliable Service Company.
I highly recommend them.
Thanks for the Great Service ! -
The man that came to inspect my tv (Jason K.) was very rude, unprofessional, and quick to try and place blame on anyone besides Samsung. My Samsung tv was over heating (6 months after warranty of course) and the back led lights were going out, to which he then stated my tv usage was too high. As if there aren’t 5 people watching THE ONLY T.V. IN THE HOUSE periodically throughout the day. This was clearly a manufacturer error, as there is a class action lawsuit against Samsung for this very reason. In addition to this, my tv was also remounted wrong. Not that I’ll ever purchase a Samsung anything ever again, but if anyone does, I wouldn’t use this company when it inevitably stops working.

Awful service. You can't get a person on the phone. We were sent to them by LG for a fridge repair. They told us we had to wait 2.5 weeks to have the fridge looked at. Not to mention any time they need for parts to come in or the actual repair. We had to call LG and request a different servicer.
