Refrigerator leaking issue still didn't fix because the company sent the wrong part.

This has to be the worst service I’ve ever received. I usually do not write bad reviews, but this is an exception. I am a local small business owner. General parts came out to take a look at my cold case. They charge me over $300. They also came back to change a part saying that it was the switch board. After they changed it my cold case was still not working. They charged me over $700. They then said it was the compressor. I order the part from the warranty company. They came back out to change it out and charged me $1900. Omg! All while this took over a month and a half to fix. I’ve loss business and time. With $2,900 I could have bought a new cold case. Plus no quote was ever given to us. Costumer service is bad and no one can answer my questions. Don’t get me started about how rude the staff and manager are. Take your business elsewhere. It’s not worth the headache. I’m so disappointed.

Let me start with i wish i had read previous reviews before calling them. I called cause i needed gaskets repaired on some refrigeration units. We talked and set up a day for them to come out and look but before they send anyone out they have to have a card on file, ok no problem. The problem is the lady that scheduled me failed to tell me any of there rates, no service charge rates or anything else ( my side of the story), she claims she went over every detail of it ( her story) so a classic he said she said situation, so believe what you want but other reviews make basically the same claim. So they came out the quote was gonna be around $1500 for 3 gaskets, thats crazy high so no thank you. I had a $150 charge already pending, thought that was a service charge which was ok with, no turns out it was just a deposit and the full service charge ended up being $310.00. So im out over $300 because i didnt read previous reviews, so beware that this doesnt happen to you, if you give them a chance make sure to listen for charges before hand and if they dont say any besure to ask before giving them your card information.

This company deserves a zero star. They are scammers.
Charged $250 as a deposit to come out
The tech calls to tell me about the repair needed for my refrigerator and the price to fix it. I DECLINED THE SERVICE.
My card got charged $400- never received an invoice or reasoning as to why I was charged that, however, the receptionist was sure to tell me “we don’t come out for free”- so what was the $250 for?!!
I started receiving invoices for $1153.99 for the repair that I declined with a pending charge from them on my account. I called and spoke with some “manager” and was told he’d look into it and to disregard it.- never heard back from him, but continued to get these invoices.
I responded to the email saying that I am not supposed to be charged this where is got a response back in capital letters “STATEMENTS”
They charged my account again! I called to speak to the manager that could never seem
To call back but responded to me via email saying the charges were valid despite me declining the service.
I still have no idea what the $400 was for and BEWARE if you use them because they will just charge you for whatever once you give them your card information.
SCAMMING SMALL BUSINESSES IS ALL THEY KNOW HOW TO DO CLEARLY

Called to have someone come look at my washing machine. Guy was supposed to show up at 4pm and and hour and a half later still didn't show. I had to call to cancel. Really thought with all the reviews that this wasn't going to be such careless customer service.
