Scheduled an appointment, took the day off, and they never showed up, or called. No emails, no voicemails, a total no-show.

We scheduled the appliance doctor to come repair our fridge for this morning and he was a no show... We took off work for him to be here And he never called... We called a few times and no answer. Very frustrating.

They do not follow through with appointments. Was told he would be there Wednesday, no show. Called Thursday and said I would have to reschedule ----GLADLY I WILL

He was prompt and friendly. Did a great job and I felt comfortable with his service. I would definitely use him for other repairs.

I called the evening before they said they will call me the next day when they are heading my way. Mr. Dave came at 10:00a fix my Dyer within 25 to 30mis. Very pleasant. I'm happy.

I have been using the Appliance Repair Doctor for over 5 years. They always get the job done and are very fair in their pricing. I have worked primarily with Raymond, and he is a hoot!!! ;-)

This guy was extremely rude. Not very professional. Told me on Friday would call me on Monday to come out. I called him on Monday afternoon since I hadn’t heard from him, he said that he got very busy and would com out at 9 am on Tuesday. Called him at noon he said I will head to you right now. He called and acted like he couldn’t find my apartments and acted like I am the only one that could find them. If he didn’t want to do the work he could have just said so. Not a good way to treat a disabled veteran or anyone for that matter.

Called about a Whirlpool Duet washer issue and ended up scheduling an appt. Raymond ( technician ) came out the next evening and was extremely helpful. Ended up saving us hundreds of dollars.

Called last week and serviceman called that evening to set up for Monday afternoon sometime to fix refrigerator. Called Dawn at 2:47PM Monday to see if repairman was coming. She said she would find out which repairman and have him call me. No voicemail, no call period. Called at 6:30 to see if anyone still coming? Got recorder for appliance doctor. No show, no message, no missed phone call, no repairman!

Raymond was a very kind and highly experienced repairman. I got the washer fixed and he worked well with my schedule. I would highly recommend their services.

Took apart washer and drier , left and said he would return. Never returned . Called went straight to voicemail. Called the business number next morning and Raymond was extremely rude and said he wasn’t coming back to fix it. Extreme unprofessional and rude and left appliances strung across floor ( stackable washer and drier I stacked and taken apart)
