My dryer was making very loud noise like something was rolling around. The technician arrived, turned the dryer on and it didn’t sound as bad so he turned it off and on again and the sound stopped. He said something might have been in there that blew out. I was charged the full price for him to turn it on and off. He didn’t look at anything else. I understand he did take the time to come to my house but i don’t think it was worth that price.

Great customer service from start to finish! Called about having my drier services and Tina was so friendly and knowledgeable. She gave adequate notice when the tech was on their way.

Echan, the service tech, was equally as friendly and professional. He had my drier apart, diagnosed and back together within an hour. Their price to change the heating coil was very reasonable. Echan made sure to clean all the dust and mess before taking off.

I would highly recommend A1 and will use them for any needs in the future.

We had them come out and service our… We had them come out and service our dryer when a heating element had gone out. He quoted us a price of 360.00 but said he would give us a discount of 35.00. We were already being charged 80.00 regardless of our decision so I told him to go ahead and complete the job. After he left I called two other appliance centers and they both quoted me a price of 72.00 for the heating element and 85.00 to install. The total job would be less than 160.00. They charged me double this. The technician did a great job on the installation but I do not see how companies can stay in business when they charge prices like this. Lesson learned...I would check around before using them again.

I've used A1 in the past for my personal home and my rental properties. I recently had them come out to diagnose a problem I was having on a door on my double oven. The technician shows up. Looks at the oven, said he couldn't find the model number and leaves. A1 then wants to charge me $75 for a "service fee". I argued with them that he couldn't even provide me a quote, so I wasn't going to pay the service fee. I then called J&J appliance and explained the issue to them. They sent out a service tech who actually took the time to locate the model number that is in a less easily accessed part of the oven. He found the model number, ordered the part and installed the next day. I will not use A1 again due to the feeble/uncaring service tech they sent to examine my problem. He made no attempt whatsoever to leverage any knowledge/skills he supposedly had in order to troubleshoot/fix my problem. People that hate their job will not be working on my appliances.

Mother-in-law's washer stopped working a while ago, called A1 yesterday. They scheduled a tech for the same day. He was an hour earlier than expected (which was great!) and had the washer repaired in 15 minutes. Mother-in-law received a Senior Discount and wasn't charged the service fee since they did the repair. Would call them again and recommend them to others. Thanks!

Have had nothing but pleasant experiences with this company over the past weekend with two separate issues. Thomas was courteous and professional and answered any questions I had. As a young, first time homeowner it's important to have a company you can rely on for appliance repair and I'm glad to know that I have A1 here in Tulsa.

Here it is almost Thanksgiving, and our gas oven was down. A-1 offered same day service, but I scheduled for the following morning. It was great to have a timeframe for the repair visit, but even better when their Tech, "Brian", showed up well within the window, even giving us a 15-minute heads up as to when he would arrive (we have two guard dogs that tend to bite, so the advance notice helped). Not only did Brian show up when promised, the part for the oven was on-hand, and in a matter of minutes the repair was completed. Plus for even better peace-of-mind, in writing, I received a 1 year warranty for the part. I highly recommend A-1 to anyone wanting prompt, reliable and trustworthy service. Thank you.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about A-1 Appliance. From the office staff to the technician, Brian, who came and repaired my washer. They were all so courteous, helpful, and professional. They showed up on time to do the job and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be recommending them to all my family and friends! Thank you so much.

Technician explained everything that he was checking. Adjusted what needed to be fixed and ran a diagnostic on washing machine. Explained preventive repairs and cost. Did not charge for unneeded services. Washer is working great.

Ethan was professional and efficient. My repair was completed quickly and at a lower cost than I expected. I will definitely use this service the next time and will be recommending them to my friends and family.

Thomas from A-1 Appliance came out today. He was super friendly and gave me lots of great information. The service charge is extremely reasonable. We didn t need to have anything fixed so I can t recommend repairs technically, but he did a great job checking everything and explained how to help our current issue with our appliance. They are family owned and everyone I have spoken with at the company have been super nice.

These folks are excellent. Our dryer went out the day after Christmas, we called them, and they were here within a couple of hours. They had to order a special part, but came out on Saturday to get it replaced instead of waiting for a weekday. Their technician Thomas Torvik was professional, honest, and efficient. A1 Appliance will definitely be our appliance service from now on.

Jerry the repair man came to my house on my only day off during the week. Said he had to order a part and come late the next day since I had to work. Didn’t come the next day. Showed up Wednesday, claims he’s never seen a washer like mine before and he’s gonna need his kid to help. How you gonna diagnose the part if you never seen a washer like mine?? And why’s it take almost 3 days to figure that out? And then he says he’ll have to come back Monday on my day off cause there’s people in overtime even when my roommates said they could be there. My roommate offered to be there during service hours and he said no. Well, today is Monday. I texted him at 7 this morning and he couldn’t give me an accurate time because of his SON’s schedule. I didn’t hire your SON buddy!! He called me finally when I was in the middle of errands cause I got tired of waiting around, I’ve got company coming over tonight. Said he’d be there in 15 minutes. It’s been over 30 while I’m sitting here and told him I’m canceling. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. DONT TAKE THE JOB IF YOU CANT DO IT. Pretty sure I was getting raked over the coals too on pricing, the part is 35$ and marked up to almost 400$ service. Calling someone else.

The technician that came to our house diagnosed and corrected the problem with our washer very quickly. We haven't had any problems since and he said the part has a one-year warranty so I don't have to worry about it for a while. He really seemed to know what he was doing and finished the job very quickly. He was clean and courteous.

I should have called A1 first. The first company I called came out and said they weren't sure what was wrong with my dryer and would get back with me in a couple days.....never heard from him. I figured out what the issue was thanks to Google and ordered a part from LG. I called A1 had a repair man out asap to install it. Turns out LG sent me wrong part. A1 ordered the right part. It was in the next day and the following day my dryer was fixed! I will definitely be using A1 for any appliance repairs from now on. My repair man was Thomas and he was so helpful. Thank you so much!

I have used this company twice, once in 2016 and today. Each time they have sent a friendly and knowledgeable repairman. They get right on the job without hesitation. I will always keep their number on my refrigerator for my repairs.

George was our service tech and he knew exactly what the problem was in less then 5 minutes.. He is very respectful and very kind.. We had ice forming at the bottom of our freezer. Repair guy said is was due to a clogged line preventing water from draining into the pan beneath the unit. He spent less than 30 minutes using a steamer to unclog the drain line. A week later it's doing the same thing. We were charged $150. What a rip off !

Thomas was very prompt and knowledgeable about the repair we needed on our washer and dryer. He gave us a much-needed heads up about the status of our washer instead of letting it go and having us call him out again. He honored a warranty on our dryer and repaired it within thirty minutes. We will definitely be calling him for all our appliance needs and highly recommend using A1.
