Brian is amazing and provides 10/10 service!! Last night I noticed my refrigerator/freezer was no longer cold and was leaking EVERYWHERE. I was hopeful that I had just left the door open, and that it would resolve its self by morning-- unfortunately that was not the case. I called Cox Appliance Service first thing and Brian was able to fit me in to his schedule within just a few hours and he fixed the fridge for a great price! Amazing service! Thank you so much Brian!

I called Cox Appliance repair June 27. He came out the very same day and did everything he could to fix my sister’s refrigerator in Tulsa. He couldn’t fix it (due to the age of the fridge because they don’t make the parts anymore) but was very honest, courteous, and gave us advice on what to do next. I would definitely call this repair man again!!!

I've used Cox Appliance Service for years now. Brian is fast, reliable, confidence inspiring, and fair on pricing. Spoke with my wife and answered her questions right alongside mine when our dryer went out, and when the repair bill came in, it was actually less than the phone quote because he found the problem to be a different, cheaper issue, and he was transparent in sharing that with us. Would recommend him to anyone!

A friend of mine referred me to Brian for an issue with my washing machine. I called him on Friday afternoon around 1pm and he was at my house by 3:30 the same day! If you don't need a new appliance he will let you know and if he can, he will do a modification to ensure your appliance works. He is very timely and will work with your schedule as well. i called Cox Appliance after a neighbor recommended him. He was able to come the same day, but was unable to help with our issue. He did not charge for the visit. I appreciated his honesty and not trying to fix something that he was not confident in.

Extremely fast service. I called late on Tuesday August 20th 2024 because my oven wasn’t heating up. Brian not only worked around my teaching schedule. I WAS late for our appointment on August 21st 2024 by 35 minutes. Brian the hero that he is came back out! Fixed the issue in about 30 minutes and now at 5:20 dinner is in the oven. Great Service, Great Price and last but not least great person.

The only place that answered the phone and came and did the service in the same day. Quick & reliable I will be using them again!

Brian has made repairs on our fridge, dryer and over. Fast response. Does great work at a reasonable price. Give him a call, you won’t be disappointed.

Brian was able to come out within a couple hours of me contacting him. He cleaned the dishwasher filter and troubleshooted the unit. While he wasn't able to diagnose the issue, he didn't charge me for the service he provided.

Cox came out a couple weeks ago and fixed our leaking refrigerator. Mr. Cox showed up on a Saturday and unfortunately didn’t have the part. He came right back out on Monday and finished the job quickly. We are grateful how quickly he performed the job and got us out of a jam! Would recommend this company and won’t hesitate to call him again.

Dryer broke. We called Brian, and he was able to come out the same day and had it fixed within an hour. Super professional, courteous and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience through the entire process. Called at 11:30 this morning, Samsung dryer crapped out. Showed up at 3:55, went to work was finished and gone by 4:30, dryer repaired, very reasonable price, we WILL use him again should the need arise. You would be wise to do the same.

Brian helped us fix our Samsung french door refrigerator which was freezing food. Brian came over to diagnose the issue and get the proper parts on order. He came over a second time once the parts arrived and helped us finish the job. We had no refrigerator downtime and now the temperatire inside the unit is exactly what it says on the display.
