Cox Appliance Service is a great company to use when you are in need of appliance repair. Brian was very professional and came out on the same day that I called. You can be assured that he will be honest with you on repairs needed and the price charged.

We came home from lunch today and saw that our refrigerator and freezer were not cooling! I called several places that could come Monday or had a recording that said they would return my call. I called Cox and Brian the owner came right over and fixed it for $289….its 25 years old!!! Just checked it and they are both freezing! I didnt know this kind of Customer Service existed anymore… hes the owner and the only employee…hes been doing this for decades!! We will be using him for all of our appliances!!!!

I've had to call Brian at Cox Appliance Repair twice. Both times he was able to fit me in quickly and provided professional, reliable service. I hope I don't need Cox Appliance again soon, but if I have another appliance bite the dust, I'll call Cox. Great work!

Brian Cox was able to come the same day I called. Very courteous and polite. I had inadvertenly told him I had a different refrigerator so when he arrived and saw the brand I actually had he said he didn't work on my brand. Nonetheless, he tried to look at my broken ice maker, but the cover was frozen tight. I thought he might charge me for the service call anyway because he did show up and it was my fault that I misinformed him of the brand. But he didn't charge me. He gave me some guidance as to what I might do next by calling the manufacturer. I was very pleased that he was more than fair with me. Thanks Brian!

Brian was here within 2 hrs of my call. Advised me about my dryer. Very courteous and honest.

Brian was able to come out same day to work on our dryer. He cleaned out what needed to be and after that did not correct the issue, he found that the thermostat mount was loose and explained that he has never seen one loosen up. The service call was reasonable and worth every cent. Brian is a great guy and I 100% recommend him for your appliance repairs.

Called Cox Appliance Repair on July 3rd at 8:15am and talked to Brian and by 10:30 he was at my house, diagnosed the dishwasher issue and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. Love that he was able to come out the same day I called and he was so friendly and professional. Will definitely be calling him again for any and all appliance repairs. Highly recommend!

Not happy w/ Best Buys appliance repair Customer Service, I called a a local appliance company that a friend suggested a few months ago, Cox Appliance Service. To my surprise, they came that afternoon, inspected my 9-yr old Samsung dryer & quickly diagnosed the problem (faulty Master Control board). They ordered/replaced the part all w/in 2-days. They were very professional, answered all my questions & kept me informed throughout the process. My dryer is again running great! I will definitely use Cox Appliance Repair again and recommend them. I have used Cox Appliance Repair several times over the last 3 years for a variety of issues (dishwasher, washer, oven). Brian has also been extremely responsive and professional and has been able to fix every issue that has arisen without us having to purchase new units. Cannot recommend enough!
