Todd R was very pleasant. He was very knowledge and explained the issue in detail. He had the problem with my dryer fixed in a little over an hour. He is an asset to your company.

Carolyn was awesome. Not only did she fix my complicated LG combo W/D she told me how to care for it.

Billy was great! Showed up early within the time bracket. He had protective booties on his feet. Diagnosed the problem quickly and explained the course of action and return date. Communication was fantastic. Came back and made the repair quickly. I will use Mr. Appliance again!

Carolyn came out to do a repair on my dishwasher. She did a great job and everything was done quickly. I will definitely call again.

Billy was knowledgeable about our very old refrigerator and determined what was wrong, fixed it and we will keep using “old reliable” longer thanks to him.

Service man Mark Ford was professional and competent and courteous. I will contact Mr Appliance for any further repairs and recommend to others.

The technician was knowledgeable, courteous and had the replacement parts with him. He was training a new technician but it did not, in any way, interfere with the work to be done. The best service I have experienced in many years. The price was also very good. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Had towItforan appointment but they were recommended so I wanted a reputable person. I had to have the ice maker replaced as they don’t make parts you just replace these days that was the reason for the amount of money I had to pay. Service was good and they came when they said they would.

We needed our icemaker replaced and Billy with Mr Appliance came out promptly, evaluated the issue, and got a new one installed for us. We were very impressed with the customer service of both the office and Billy's work. They kept us informed of every detail by way of texts, including sending a picture of our repair person before the first visit. They were even courteous enough to cover their shoes before entering our home. We were very happy with their service and will use them again in the future.

Mr. Appliance is a winner! Billy arrived on time and fixed my refrigerator in no time. He is a kind person and an accomplished technician. I appreciated the "heads up" text as to his arrival. The office has good communication skills which seems to be an increasingly rare attribute these days. I highly recommend this company- and Billy- and will call them again for future appliance fixes.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! They will lie to you and their employees don't care. If your warranty suggests them, ask for another service provider, they are that bad! I unfortunately didn't know when my warranty suggested them the first time. First call they missed the time window and made me miss a whole day of work. I called when the time window was missed and couldn't get anyone on the phone for an hour, when I finally did they said their phones were down. Then they couldn't track the technician. he finally came toward the end of the day. I had two appliances that had problems, I had to remind the technician about the second one. Then when he took apart my microwave, he got it all scratched and dented (it was only 2 months old and looked new). Both appliances needed new parts so they ordered the parts. I mentioned to the tech I didn't want him to come back out twice so asked to wait until they had both parts. I also called the office to complain to a manager about the service and requested the only one visit not two same thing, I was told this would be no problem. They called a week later saying the parts had come in. I spoke to the scheduler and asked if both parts were in, they said yes. I also requested to be the first stop since I had such a problem the first visit. I was assured this would not be a problem. Well guess what, the technician didn't care and came to me after noon (missed the 4 hour window again!!). Then he only brought one part, not both. Apparently the other part DIDN'T come in. They called the next day saying the part was in. I had to reschedule a third appointment with them. This time they did send another technician and he did come during the scheduled window. Overall I had to miss nearly 2.5 days of work just to get my appliances fixed. I would not recommend them to anyone!

    Worst service possible.

I normally don't write online reviews, but this one requires it. They have come out on multiple attempts to repair my Samsung refrigerator. Each visit I was charged $100 for a "service call" fee. This company does not take credit cards, so you are stuck paying with cash.

My further repairs totalled over $300. My refrigerator is still having the same problems. When I called this company to repair the refrigerator the second time, I requested to speak with the owner, Shelton. I was never able to speak with this individual, but even he agreed that the repair that they had done, had indeed not fixed the problem. We agreed that the next service call, I would pay for the parts, but not a "service fee" or "labor."

My refrigerator still does not work. I have been calling for over two months now to speak with the owner. He still has not returned my phone calls, and to add insult to injury, his office staff keeps repeating, he has your information he will call you. Save yourself the headache and go with someone more reliable.

Had used in the past. Mr Shelton had been good fixing an old Jenn-Aire. Had appt to have washer and dryer, older speed queen, fixed. Also, Had a hinge on fridge that was repaired but no part was made to repair. Asked if part was now available. Had picture, they don't have text or email. Thought it wold save time to have model of an old speed queen. Ended up cancelling my appointment because I will never do business with anyone who is so rude & obtuse as the women who handle their calls. They need different jobs. Kamela is bad news spoiling for trouble. They do not care how much business they run off, they chalk them up!

The office manager (Camala or Camilla?) is the most discourteous and snappy woman I’ve ever spoken to on the phone. If her goal is to drive away business, she has succeeded with flying colors. Also, they only accept cash or check (even for expensive replacement parts) and if that’s not sketchy enough, their parts have no guarantee. I will only be using a reputable business to service my numerous rental properties. Never again!

I have a new Whirlpool dishwasher that we bought in October of 2015. It stopped draining last week so I called Home Depot. They set up a service call with Shelton's Quality Services for the manufacturer warranty repair. That was on Wednesday, May 11th. I was given Monday 5/17/16 as the date between 12-5 PM.
The very next day someone from Shelton's called me to verify the problem. Said he would order the pump that would need replaced and that Larry would be the one coming to my house on Monday.
Larry called me Monday the 17th in the 10:00 AM hour and said he was running ahead of schedule and would it be okay for him to head this way. I said of course and he was here 15 minutes later.
Larry quickly diagnosed the problem. Nothing was wrong with my dishwasher after all. Had to do with the installation of our garbage disposal. He showed what was causing the water to not drain. Gave me tips on how to get the most longevity out of my dishwasher too. I absolutely will call Shelton's if I have any issues in the future. They were courteous, prompt, informative and professional. Could not have asked for a better first time experience with this company.

We waited a month for a part (not their fault that I'm aware of) though it was strange that I called on a Friday and the part had not been shipped, then it materialized Monday and I was contacted to schedule the repair. The tech installed the part and left and obviously didn't verify the repair as now the oven is filling my house with gas when it cycles.

The receptionist or whatever is pretty unpleasant on the phone.

Overall, not impressed and going elsewhere.

I was referred to Shelton through the Whirlpool Class Action suit and was advised they would schedule service. Since this is a class action suit, you would think that after waiting for 2 days the tech would come out with the necessary parts to make the repair. NO! First, I was told he would be at my home between 12-3. So I made arrangements for someone to sit at my house and wait for him.

At 3:15, I called the office and was told he would be there shortly. He called at 3:23 and told me he would be at my home within 15-20 minutes. At 4:07, I received a call that he had finally tripped into my house (I don't even have steps) and he needed to ask me what the problem was. I thought that was why I called HIM there to begin with, to diagnose the problem. However, I received NO diagnosis whatsoever from him.

He called me back at 4:13 to then tell me he would have to order a part so I would be without my refrigerator for another 3-5 days and then he would come back out and charge me labor fees to install the part. If I chose to do his work and drain my refrigerator prior to his arrival he would only charge an additional $40. Then he tried to write the ticket for an additional $75. This is after I had already paid him $90 cash for a 6 minute trip into my house. RIP OFF!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE JOKERS!!! I work as a Quality Manager and this is NOT Quality Service!

Like a few of the other posts below, my refrigerator manufacturer set up a warranty service call with Shelton. After reading the reviews I was worried but my experience was great the entire time which is why I decided to make a review. A lady called a few days prior to the technician's arrival to set up a time that worked for me. The technician called 30 minutes before the scheduled time and arrived right on time. He was extremely friendly and diagnosed the problem immediately. He obviously reviewed the case before he came because he had an idea of what the problem might be and had a part with him ready to fix it. He explained the entire process and fixed it right away.

After reading what I just wrote I realized that I might come across as somebody from Shelton making a fake review but nope, this was a great experience and I thought I should share.

This company no called no showed me after waiting a week and a half
Then reschedule them looked into their reviews and said no I don’t think so called back left a message. I’m not interested in having them and their office manager. Kamala couldn’t even check their voicemail then their tech tried calling and then tried lying about no call no show
Terrible overall how they handled me and my problem
There are plenty of other companies to try out. Don’t waste your time with Shelton.

I booked service with Shelton's through the kitchenaid site as my one month old dishwasher stopped working. I almost cancelled it after I read the reviews but I'm very glad I didn't. I called and confirmed they received my appointment, which they did. They called within the timeframe I scheduled and showed up on time. Larry was very polite and knowledgable on the dishwasher which was surprising since it was a brand new model that just came out. They had to order parts from the distributor. Megan (who was also very polite) called two days later to say the parts would arrive in a few days and scheduled the appointment. Larry came back and installed them and everything works now. My experience with Shelton's could not have been better.

We were directed by Whirlpool to contact this place for warranty work on a brand new appliance. Due to a fire, our new construction was delayed and the appliances were not immediately delivered after the original purchase. As a result we have two receipts, the original and the updated (reflecting the actual purchase date and start of warranty). The "service" technician was not capable of cross referencing the two documents, despite the exact description, and cost (to the exact penny) itemized on both. As a result, he tried to charge for a service call for covered warranty work. It's unfortunate to see such a lack of ability to apply critical thinking skills, not to mention common sense. We were told we needed a receipt... which we obviously provided. We were not told the technician lacked reasonable skills to look at two pieces of paper. Stay away from Shelton's. We will be sharing our experience with Whirlpool...it's a bad reflection on Whirlpool to send people here.
