Tech is Very quick and honest. I have had them work on several things for me but this time they had my under counter ice maker up and running in less than an hour. I highly recommend!!!

Dustin our technician was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. He checked out our dryer which had been drying slower than usual and was starting to make a noise the longer you dried.
He found that our particular brand of dryer was known for building up a film on the lint catcher. It looked clean but it was not letting air to go through and was causing the problem. Showed me how to properly clean and it working great.
He could have charged us for a part we did not need but was honest and helpful.
I would recommend this company to all my family and friends.

I'm not the type of person who normally posts comments or reviews online, but I will make an exception for these guys. I have used CJ's twice now, once for my freezer and again very recently for my dryer, and I can tell you without reservation that Colby and his team provide quick responsiveness, reliable service, and extremely fair pricing for appliance repairs. I believe Dusty was our repairman both times and he did an outstanding job, but I'm sure anyone on their team would be great. They are fast, honest, and transparent. In today's throw away culture, it's nice to have someone knowledgeable and competent that can repair your appliances at a reasonable price and help you extend the life and avoid unnecessary and expensive replacements. Our. Technician, Dustin arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation with both icemakers malfunctioning. He calculated the estimated cost to replace the needed parts and indicated when he probably would be back to install them. In the meantime he cleared out a bunch of ice in the bottom icemaker and left.

When he returned with the proper parts and found that they had been working somewhat properly he did some cleaning and said he was only going to bill us for the labor saving us over $500.

Very pleased with the service and will call CJ REPAIR in the future if I need repairs.

I’m very pleased with CJ Appliance. When the agitator on my washing machine stopped working, they quickly ordered a replacement. I also mentioned that my dryer was taking a long time to dry clothes, and it turned out to be an airflow issue rather than a problem with the heating unit.

Dustin was my service technician, and he was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He replaced the agitator in about 10 minutes and clearly explained what was causing the dryer issue. He even earned extra brownie points for taking the time to scratch my 14-year-old dog’s neck!

The repair cost was very reasonable, and overall I’m extremely happy with the service.

Technician arrived 35 minutes after given window. Paid $450 for a repair on my refrigerator. 24 hours later is still doing the same thing as it did before the repair and not cooling. I removed a drawer in the freezer to take a temperature reading to find screws at the bottom of the freezer. The technician had taken off the back panel to complete the repair and washed it off in the in the sink before not reattaching it the right way. He left wet paper towels in the sink and counter after rinsing the back panel. (I am assuming it was to remove the frost that had accumulated from the original issue.) The freezer has also completely frosted up again and is not producing ice. Fridge is maintaining at a cool 52 degrees... I was willing to overlook the late arrival and cleaning up the paper towels he used but finding my fridge left in disrepair and not working is not acceptable. I also did not receive a receipt that outlined what my $450 was for (What was parts, what was labor, etc). Do yourself a favor and call someone else! This repair cost 1/3 the price of the fridge and it did absolutely nothing but cause additional headaches, spoiled food, and taking time off work so they can come out again.

We needed someone to service our refrigerator that was not working properly, especially with a family of five depending on it. They were able to come out the same day, which we really appreciated.

They thoroughly checked everything, confirmed the fan motors were running properly, made sure the door seals were in good condition, and cleaned the condenser to ensure everything was operating as it should. Professional, prompt, and very thorough. We are grateful for the quick response and quality service.

I spoke to a lady gave me a price they show up and didn't do anything wanting for me to pay when she say 50 dollars service call and if they do anything 100 in hour almost 300 dollars for a service call
