I called Aaron out for a gas smell coming from our stove and he was able to come out the same day (we were at work so scheduled for Saturday morning). He came when he said he would, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed the issue. The whole process was finished in less than half an hour. Friendly, reasonable price, would recommend.

Excellent to work with. Was reliable, showed up on time, and very knowledgeable. Fixed my ice machine quickly and efficiently. I’d definitely use again in the future for any appliance needs!

Brian was very fast, friendly, and the price was better than I thought it would be to get my washer fixed. They didn't have the part so he had to order it, came back the next day and finished the job very quickly.

We’ve had nothing but trouble with Mosley. From their technician being hateful, no labor guarantee, to the parts they used wearing out in 9 months, and now today telling us they’d be over then texting at the end of the day that they won’t make it over trying to reschedule. We get it, we aren’t that important to you. I won’t use or suggest your service to anyone.

UPDATE! Dishwasher repair - needed new seal as it was leaking. Despite delays of FedEx not getting the part to them quickly, the repair went smoothly and I will no longer have dishpan hands! We will always recommend this company!! ——— Pros: Mr Moseby brought the life back to my 43 year old dryer! - response, quick appointment, cleaned up, communicated well, reasonably priced. Gave recommendations on how to keep my ancient dryer alive longer by vent cleaning, and gave me a referral to his recommended guy.
Cons: none. Absolutely none. We will use this company again!

First time service call. Brian was prompt with a heads up call. He diagnosed the issue with the washer quickly. Gave me an estimate and follow up when part came in was quick. They got me scheduled in pretty quickly. The repair did not take long. Great service.

Very nice and communication was great! Ice maker fixed and we are very happy with the results. Will use in the future if appliance repairs are needed.
