I must say CJ Service Co was remarkable! The service technician was right on time and very professional. He was also very pleasant to speak with and very knowledgeable of what was wrong with our refrigerator. This was a very complicated repair and took him almost 4 hours in which they had originally estimated. For the amount of time it took to repair I feel their invoice was very reasonable. Our refrigerator is now working perfectly and I won't hesitate to call CJ Service Co again.

I had a great experience with CJ Appliance! My dryer had stopped working, and they came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed in no time. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. Everything works perfectly now, and the price was very fair. Highly recommend them if you're looking for reliable appliance repair!

Jimmy showed up and went right to work. I was expecting to have to replace my old refrigerator, but $200 later, it works like a new one. Thank you Jimmy. He was also very personable.

The service tech jack. The price is up on the part that I needed and I asked them could I order it myself and they not warranty the part and he said it’s like bringing a baked potato to a steakhouse you wouldn’t do that. Would you why would a service tech feel the need to lecture a couple of a customer? When does the consumer have a right to buy their own stuff ridiculous unprofessional, and poor service

Outstanding experience. Dustin called willing to arrive an hour earlier than scheduled (offered to wait until scheduled time but I was thrilled he could come early). Was courteous and very professional. Diagnosed and repaired my clothes dryer efficiently and thoroughly. Cost was communicated early in the process and was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

The ice maker in my Kenmore refrigerator suddenly quit working after 10 years. I chose to call CJ Appliance Service because of the number of excellent reviews. I was not disappointed. The service call was scheduled very quickly. I really appreciate when making the appointment they give you a shorter window of time (2 hours) you can expect the service tech to arrive. The office also called with reminders on the day of the appointment. Jimmy called when he was on his way. He was friendly, courteous, and very professional. After troubleshooting the ice maker, and testing the different components, he explained everything in detail with me. The ice maker needed to be replaced. Jimmy was able to tell me then what the total cost would be for labor and parts. I did not have to pay anything until the job was complete. He, himself was able to schedule an appointment with me for the following day when he could have the parts. Jimmy called when he was on his way the next morning, and quickly installed a new ice maker. It’s been working great since then. I feel the cost was reasonable. I would definitely call CJ Appliance Service in the future if needed.

After another service company replaced several parts and still didn’t get the dryer fixed, the technician from CJ’s tested everything and told us exactly what was wrong and what wasn’t. The young man was very pleasant and kind to my husband who is disabled.

Our fridge had stopped working Thursday morning and CJ had someone out that day! Jimmy was prompt and knew exactly how to fix what was wrong. He ordered our part and before he left I asked him if he wouldn't mind checking our dishwasher which was leaking.

He kindly did so, and was able to find a replacement part for us which he agreed to install when the replacement part for the fridge was available. They had the part by Monday morning and he fixed it that afternoon as well as our dishwasher. Although I don't know exactly what the parts cost. I know that the $552 that we spent to repair both the refrigerator and DW was far less than we would've paid. if we'd had to replace both.

I couldn't be happier with the service and the price and should we ever need appliance repair in the future I will definitely be calling them.

My appointment was the following day from calling. Dustin was very knowledgeable & immediately ordered the part needed & my machine was running again in 3 days.

A gecko fried the electrical panel. So crazy a tiny creature can cause so much damage. Kitchen Aide had major back order issues but as soon as the part was in, CJ’s came the next day! So happy they were able to make the repair on a refrigerator that would have cost 3k to replace.

They came out to my place of work and quickly diagnosed the problem. Fixed the issue. And all for an affordable price! Highly recommend.

My dryer went out on December 23rd. Found out early on the 24th - Christmas Eve. I called CJ Appliance Repair and they were out the day after Christmas. Repairs were done within the time given. I love that they are very prompt, communicative, and service oriented. We have used them for years!

CJ Appliance Repair worked our washing machine repair into their schedule quickly, which we appreciated with Christmas a week away. Jimmy was timely, professional and efficient. We are going to have to purchase a new washer but got recommendations from Jimmy, which I greatly appreciated. Will definitely recommend to friends/family & call again.
